Mount Fuji delivered a knockout meal from start to finish. We kicked things off with a classic miso soup and crisp house salad drizzled in that nostalgic carrot-ginger dressing — simple, fresh, and exactly what you want to start. The edamame came out hot, salty, and perfectly snappy, just the way it should be.
We split the sushi deluxe and were blown away by the quality — every bite tasted like it was sliced seconds ago. The clear standout was the fatty tuna: rich, silky, and melt-on-your-tongue good. The salmon and white tuna followed close behind — buttery and fresh with zero fishiness.
Even the chicken teriyaki held its own — juicy, flavorful, and something I’d happily order again. The space had a relaxed, welcoming vibe, even early in the evening when things were still quiet. Service was fast and attentive without being overbearing.
Can’t wait to come back. This place knows what it’s doing.

I took a large crowd of family (14). We have a ton of sushi. It was GREAT. We had a fun time. Our waitress was fantastic. Can't wait to go again.

Been comming to this place for years, never had issues with food or sevice. Yet had a birthday party at the back room with 15 quests. While the food was great, the service was lacking. Again food great as usual, service that evening for private party subpar.
