Alex and his crew are the best! Me and my husband came here with friends of ours in 2019 and I will never go anywhere else ! Food is off the hook and fresh - tell Alex what you want and it will happen ! Delicious

Great food great service.

9 of us went there last night for a family birthday, and it was such a wonderful overall experience!
The people who work here are especially great. The head waitress was gracious and friendly and attended to our every need. The assistant waitress was very nice and helpful as well. And the chef who prepared all of the food right in front of us - well he is quite an entertainer! There were so many things he did that made the food preparation an interactive experience, instead of us just sitting there watching him cook. He implemented so many cool ideas that made the whole thing a really fun experience for us all.
And the food was great! And surprisingly affordable. The entrees are complete, and all of them come with fried rice or lo mein, a couple of shrimp, a salad, and vegetables. All 4 of these included sides were made from scratch right there as we watched, flames and all. Oh yeah they also include a tasty, light, mushroom soup with every entree.
So to sum things up, Mount Fuji provides a unique interactive dining experience, serves really good food, is more affordable than anyone would think, and, most of all, has wonderful people working here who have a great attitude and are super friendly and accommodating.

Perfect place to take kids. The servers put on a great show and know how to entertain the little people. The hibachi food is good. The portions are large, so no one goes away hungry.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated, watched the hostess take 2 calls and put together a take out order. We left and went somewhere better.

I love coming here with my kid and family for birthday dinners. The food and service are always great, prices are reasonable, and it’s byob.
