Just sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes, no reaction from anybody working. Honked my horn, tries to shout to get their attention, they made it a point to walk by and ignore me. While sitting watched the person making food pick up their phone and put it on the charger then continue to make food with no gloves. Delicious

How can you NOT have pretzels ready on a home football game day. This is the 2nd time this has happened. What poor business prep and poor management. The girl gave me my change back rolled up in a ball. Come on, you can do much better that this. This is the kinda negative stuff that forces places to close prematurely.

Let me just tell you this practical factory will rip you off I went in for two pretzels and they charged me an extra $0.50 I think the world is just getting out of hand. If you want a Philly pretzel don't go to this one they will definitely rip you off..

Gave away my rivet tray and tried to substitute with pretzels. The girls laughed at the counter.

They were sold out of pretzels and offered 4 left overs to buy. It was late in the day, if you don't have any close.

I use an app called Too Good To Go to save food from being wasted after the store closes. On Friday 9/6/2024 I placed an order to receive a surprise bag from the Philly Pretzel Factory in Southampton PA for a pickup on Saturday. I went there on Saturday and they told my son that they “ran out” and asked if we come back tomorrow (Sunday). We agreed. Went back on Sunday and again we were told they ran out and said to come back (Monday). I am unable to go there since I work in the complete opposite direction of the Pretzel factory. I am very disappointed with this location and I will be contacting Too Go To Go and let them know how I was treated.

Tried to place an order for a small party tray online, a week and a half in advance before my event. This location on the website kept giving errors so I tried to call. Phone number is out of service. I am not close to this area so I had a friend go in place the order for me in person. They did not collect any money up front which I thought was odd, but order was placed for pickup a week in advance now. I ended up needing to change the pickup time to a day later (early morning) so I tried to call to update this and the phone number is disconnected again. I called everyday for 3 days and this number is still out of service. Since I am not in the area, I drive 45 mins to go in person to update the pickup for this order to be told there they had no order for me to update. Unbelievable. I went on to place my order with the Richboro location and had no issues whatsoever.

Asked for the end pretzels which are more well done cooked that's what I prefer instead they gave me two that were sitting there looked like all day when they had a couple stacks of fresh ones right behind that when I opened the bag and looked and showed it to the person at the counter she basically gave me some type of excuse that made no sense was not given what I asked for I will not return back to this location poor service
