I bring Pretzels back from the Pretzel factory to Arizona, every time I'm back in Philly. I get 25 plus the free mustard. This past Tuesday this one. the older guy working there game me two sheets of 4 instead of 5 leaving me to take only 23 back home. they are still very good and we love them. it's just crappy business to knowingly short your customer. I will never go back to that one.

Asked for the end pretzels which are more well done cooked that's what I prefer instead they gave me two that were sitting there looked like all day when they had a couple stacks of fresh ones right behind that when I opened the bag and looked and showed it to the person at the counter she basically gave me some type of excuse that made no sense was not given what I asked for I will not return back to this location poor service

Never going here again. First and only visit to this location. Extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone. Was talked down to and belittled by whoever it was--didn't even give me a 'hello' let alone a name when he picked up the phone. Will go to the Warminster location from now on. At least there I won't be talked down to like a toddler. My advice is to seriously reconsider who you hire and refresh training if they've been there a good length of time. I work customer service and I would be appalled if one of my employees talked like this to a customer. Seriously disappointing.

Very rude on the phone......and serve stale pretzels; don't abide by corporate rules on time of keeping pretzels; time frame. Also I found out from employees they do not follow corporate rules with a lot of things.....

They lost my order when I arrived to pick up. Completely unreliable service. How can you run a business if you can’t even complete a simple order somebody places a day in advance. I know they’re probably not paid very well but this is just stupidity.

Free mustard with party platter was a popular idea with lots of choices! Nice place to grab a quick inexpensive party platter or for groups snacks for the pool. Pretzels stay fresh and well priced popular option. For 5 stars, gluten free option would make you perfect!!

The place was clean and staff were friendly. I had to wait for the next batch of pretzels but the one staff was kind enough to answer my questions about how the pretzels were made.

Just great pretzels all around. We always buy platters of the bites for big parties too. I went in for a single pretzel today and they treat you well whether you buy a whole platter or just one.
What a great location I unfortunately needed to get 50 pretzels for a last-minute. I felt so bad taking the ones that just came out of the oven but he was happy to do so. I'll definitely be back the gentleman working the counter was so nice
