Suuuuuuuper slow. They don’t know how to make coffee, I’ve stopped at this location a few times and I haven’t had a good experience. It is consistently bad.

The workers did not know how to take directions clearly and they seemed lazy and made my drink wrong when I said I didnt want something many times.

They don’t want to do there Job . Place is open 24hr but the employee told me they open at 6. Crazy…

Extremely disappointing experience at the drive-thru. We had to wait several minutes just to receive a single drink. The service was incredibly slow and unorganized.

This place is freaking horrible… never opens on time… employees walk in after it suppose to open talking on the phone with 0 sense of urgency…then they start to prep leaving customers waiting till whenever they want to open… there’s only one in the turnpike and it truly horrendous! Management do something! Hold these employees accountable!

Google maps says they open at 5am their app says the same thing. I’m here by 6am and they’re still not open..

The nice lady who made my drink was very sweet, she helped me pick out a drink as i have never been to a Starbucks before. 10/10 would get a spicy lemonade from her again.

Stopped for a hot coffee and drove away only to realize I got a luke warm coffee.

They were all having there own conversations so I felt like I was interrupting there conversation rather than getting my coffee, didn’t wrap the mugs I bought and one of them ended up breaking.

The service here was unbelievable. The worker in charge of food literally left the premises ignoring multiple orders, came back, put on music and slowly made the food. And when I asked others workers about the clearly abandoned food orders, they lied. Never again.

spent 15 mins waiting for a drink while gil playing on phones and w their hair while behind the counter makin drinks. Unbeweaveably slow service. Just sayin.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks in my life. Both employees seemed to be bothered to take my order. And still got both my orders wrong. Worst employees I’ve ever seen in my life. Absolute disgraceful, I wish I could give you 0 stars ?
