We recently visited Olde Brook to celebrate four birthdays with a party of seven, including two small children, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.
Our bill was over $400, which we were completely fine with given that we ordered appetizers, soups/salads, and entrées. However, the service and overall experience did not match the price or what we expected for a celebration dinner.
To start, our soups and salads did not come out together, and several of them were incorrect. While mistakes can happen, no one acknowledged the issue or apologized. The biggest problem was the wait for our entrées — it took nearly two hours for them to come out. During that time, no one came to update us, apologize for the delay, or offer any type of solution or comp.
Because we had two small children with us, the long wait became especially difficult. The kids were getting very antsy and upset after sitting for such a long time without their meals, which made the situation even more stressful for everyone at the table.
At one point, staff even tried to clear our silverware before our meals had arrived, which added to the confusion. Then once our meals finally came, we felt rushed. Within about 15 minutes of receiving our food, staff came over asking if we wanted boxes, which made it feel like they were trying to move us out quickly after such a long wait.
Because this was meant to be a birthday celebration, the situation was especially frustrating. When we spoke with the manager, the only explanation offered was that their lead host had left. Unfortunately, that explanation didn’t address the experience we had, and no effort was made to make things right.
Overall, it was a very disappointing way to celebrate four birthdays. After spending over $400 and waiting hours for our meals without any acknowledgment or accommodation, we left feeling frustrated and undervalued as customers.
At this point, we would likely not return unless something is done to address and make up for this experience. If you are a large party, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Loved the food. We were vegetarian, and they handled it very well. They have excellent options available. I especially enjoyed their garlic cheesy bread and Alfredo pasta.

Food way over priced and also didnt even taste good. Steak was not even tender and vegetables under cooked. Very disappointed Definitely not returning.

1st time on Valentines day and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing staff was great the restaurant was super nice. Chicken parm and pasta was cooked great the chicken marsala was really good the veggies were a bit crunchy with no seasoning but the masala sauce and garlic mashed was very good. The cheese moons were great also.

The dinner was amazing. Wasn’t expecting how well the food would be seasoned. Service was spot on and Ty the general manager is a rockstar. This is hands down the best place to dine in Moscow.

We had an incredible time here! Food was delicious and on top of that, the service was incredible. Everyone we met was kind and made us feel welcome, but Emma especially went above and beyond. We really enjoyed our evening and will definitely be back.

Bartender in the upper-level bar was extremely poor. We had to keep asking for condiments, water, and drinks. She NEVER checked in to see if we needed anything. Ordered pasta with meatballs, cup of soup, 2 beers,martini and club soda. Bill was over $75.00! Will not be back
