I recently visited The High Bridge House in Springbrook, PA, and while the atmosphere and setting were warm and welcoming, my overall experience was mixed. The food was hit or miss—while the truffle burger was packed with flavor and the chicken bacon ranch wrap was well-prepared, the ribs we ordered were unfortunately quite dry. What really brought down the experience was the consistently poor service during both of my visits. We waited about five minutes just to be acknowledged at the door, our drinks took another 10 minutes to arrive, and food didn’t reach the table until 20–25 minutes later. If the service matched the charm of the location, this could be a great spot. Hopefully, improvements are made in that area.

I have many special memories here with family. The best memory was in July during a holiday celebration. I brought my boyfriend Abdullah to meet my family and it was one of the most special memories that I cherish deeply. Most recently when I came, I saw many peers from high school who may or may not have noticed me. Most distinctively, I saw a former athlete. This colleague used to be one of the best North Pocono football players as well as North Pocono track & field athletes who had his year book picture iconically taken on the railroad tracks. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to see North Pocono School District legends as well as have amazing food.

Had the raviolis and meatballs, food was average at best. Surely NOT an Italian restaurant!!!!
Made reservations early afternoon for closed in patio THEY confirmed. When we got there was told a LARGER party came in and overtook our table???? So we had choice of a table in bar or inside restaurant . Why make reservations guess big parties take priority…. We just got pushed aside. They evidently made their reservations after us or maybe none at all…. Guess it’s all about the money…why didn’t they go inside????

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with our takeout order! The food was absolutely delicious – everything was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. Matt, the person who took my order, was incredibly professional and super friendly. It made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place for great food and excellent customer service!

I went there for a first date. Nobody had a smile on their face. They put our menus on the table didn’t even give us silverware or napkins until we ordered our drinks laid the menus down. We ordered our food. It came in a relatively decent time, but then it was like we didn’t exist after that. Our drinks were empty. Nobody ever came to refill them. We had to wait forever to ask for a box to take the food home. They gave us our check and we sat there probably 30 minutes and they never even came to pick up the money we left on the table so he had to go to the bar and pay for it we left nobody said thank you have a nice day. Nothing would not go back.

My husband and I went here being new to the area and was recommended by Heath from Rocky Mountain Structures. The food and place was great . Our waitress Maria was so nice too. My only suggestion is to make a reservation. We had to wait 45 min for a table . Didn't know we needed a reservation.
