Was here on Sun Nov 2nd for our sons birthday. Our server was Maria. She was excellent! Very good service, good food and nice atmosphere. We have been here before and will definitely be back.

When we arrived there, we were seated. We placed our orders for our appetizers and that took half hour just to get two soups. After we waited that long half hour, is when we ordered our food. It took about an hour or so for us to get it. When I got my food, which I ordered the chicken tenders and it came out slightly overcooked and I also ordered the mashed potatoes and carrots and the mashed potatoes came out a bit cold. We asked the manager if you were able to get compensation of our meal because of the servers that we got, we never got offered any compensation. We we never got offered a free dessert or any refills on the drinks. Because of our experience there, we left a $1 tip for our waitress

I recently visited The High Bridge House in Springbrook, PA, and while the atmosphere and setting were warm and welcoming, my overall experience was mixed. The food was hit or miss—while the truffle burger was packed with flavor and the chicken bacon ranch wrap was well-prepared, the ribs we ordered were unfortunately quite dry. What really brought down the experience was the consistently poor service during both of my visits. We waited about five minutes just to be acknowledged at the door, our drinks took another 10 minutes to arrive, and food didn’t reach the table until 20–25 minutes later. If the service matched the charm of the location, this could be a great spot. Hopefully, improvements are made in that area.

I have many special memories here with family. The best memory was in July during a holiday celebration. I brought my boyfriend Abdullah to meet my family and it was one of the most special memories that I cherish deeply. Most recently when I came, I saw many peers from high school who may or may not have noticed me. Most distinctively, I saw a former athlete. This colleague used to be one of the best North Pocono football players as well as North Pocono track & field athletes who had his year book picture iconically taken on the railroad tracks. I would highly recommend coming here if you want to see North Pocono School District legends as well as have amazing food.
