Fox's Pizza Den, Spring Church, Pa

Rarely get your order correct and the employees/ owners act as if it's the customers fault. I've seen this in person while picking up food. (To verify it was correct, or I would have gotten takeout)

This place is starting to go downhill.
Last time we ordered, it took 10 minutes for the person in the front to find the online order and wanted to argue there wasn’t one only to find the order done and on the rack.
Now tonight, I open up my veggie wedgie and it is loaded with mayo. It doesn’t come with mayo and I don’t like mayo so it’s in the garbage. I’m driving back to the store for an exchange, we just won’t be back.

Ordered a taco pizza with extras and a chef salad and wedge fries. Everything was fresh and was ready before they said it would be. Everything tasted wonderful.

Waited at the counter for 20 minutes and got ignored the whole time. All I wanted to do was buy a drink. The lady knew I wanted to buy the drink and she just ignored me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

2 sandwiches and breadsticks and I was charged $48! Told them backdoor. They didn't tell driver.

Quick stop on the way home from band practice or picking up after a call to saying the football game was over come get me. Oh I'm hungry message. Kids are a big fan of the breadsticks.

Let's be honest. I'm in my 50s and Fox's pizza has never been great. Until now at this place. I don't know what the Fox says, but the 30" Buffalo Chicken that I ordered was off the hook. This place has raised the bar to near perfection and an ethic of customer service that is unheard of. I can't vouch for delivery, but if your willing to receive, they'll send it. I hope Fox's recognizes this Gem and learns what it is... Congrats on revolutionizing the Brand.

The food here is always great. If you get a pizza, they really load it up. They are always doing fun things to help support our community. We definitely need more great places like this.
