I am delighted with the service I received. The Personnel were courteous and capable.
Excellent authentic cheese
Friendly knowledgeable people and good cheeses.
Your cheese products, mozzarella and ricotta, are the worst we ever hade ! You don’t know how how to produce those products ! You claim that you went to Italy to learn ; perhaps only in your dreams! That’s a total misrepresentation of the particular region in Italy! No where in Italy such poor cheese products exist ! I gave you one star; you deserve 0 stars !You have no place to make such a claim !
I knew of Caputo, and it's reputation, but hadn't got around to trying it. After seeing them on the History channel and Adam Richman raving about it, we thought "time to stop fart'n around", and then I remembered why I'd never tried it....the store doesn't have weekend hours! I work hard y'all, and a lot. Maybe open up a few moments on a Saturday for the blue collars? Just a suggestion. Anywho, I'll be honest here, the mozzarella is good. Really good. But did it "ruin all other American made mozzarellas" for me? Not even close. I've purchased motz in Philly and NY that I prefer way more than Caputo Bros, that has come closer to the stuff from Italy. I'm not slamming this local cheese, just think it's over hyped and over priced. If you didn't know any better, you'd likely think this is the best thing going, but for my dollar, I think I'll be buying something else
I ordered the cheese of the month club as a gift for my friend... terrible idea. I spent over $80 (and $30 for shipping) for some of the worst cheese I've ever eaten. I should have gone to Harry & David, spent a few extra bucks, and it would have been a much better experience. Truly disappointed.
Very informative about the cheeses they make. We look forward to more visits. This creamery doesn't have ice cream, don't get your hopes up for that.
Watched the the Modern Marvels episode covering your plant. So interesting and informative. Hope to try your cheese selection soon. I ❤️ cheese!
Phenomenal quality. Ordered the cheese curds twice already for homemade cheese. Only issue is last order half of the curd bags had holes in them revealed during the thawing process.
I really use to love there cheese I buy it there like twice a week but they first started making much smaller sizes for the same price and the cheese doesn't seem done all the way anymore (smoked mozzarella) they do have wonderful employees who are very helpful!!!

Best fresh mozz?
Caputo Brothers Creamery now offers only online orders, but this is not your ordinary local made cheese. This is made just as it would be in Italy. The ricotta has nothing to do with the watery American variety and tastes just like the last time I visited Sicily. These cheese products here can't be found outside of ordering Italian products but are less expensive and easier to get. I'm so glad it's local. I will be ordering often! If it's new to you, try it! Real quality here.
The best Mozzarella I've had in years. Recommended for everyone except lactose intolerants haha
