It's dunkin, so I guess you like it or you don't. Never had issues going through the drive through. The workers at the window have always been courteous and interactive with my son cause he wants them to hand him the donut through the back window. I'd recommend this place for someone passing through.

ordered an iced mocha latte at 640am on a slow saturday morning, nobody in front of or behind me. so tell me why i got a cup of chocolate milk with so much ice in it that the straw didnt fit? after fighting with the straw to get to the bottom, i took a sip and got a mouthful of chocolate syrup. i couldnt mix it bc of the sheer amount of ice (i have literally never gotten this much ice in any drink), so i took a sip closer to the top. nope! all chocolate milk. spending almost 8 dollars on a coffee with NO COFFEE!!!!!!! and i couldnt go back and get it remade so im just stuck with an 8 dollar chocolate milk. lucky me!

Bread is never toasted in the breakfast sandwiches and they barely put bacon in their sandwiches. Compared to the other Dunkin’s, their breakfast sandwiches are trash! One photo is how it’s supposed to look and the other is what you get.

On several occasions I've witnessed glove wearing employees handling cash/ payments then immediately step to the food prep area and proceedwith contaminating No hand washing or changing of gloves.

They are always fast, efficient and friendly! I’ve seen other locations with lines wrapping around the block, but here in spring grove, this crew knows how to keep it moving without sacrificing quality or friendliness!
