Have stopped for flavored coffee at the drive thru about 20 times and they haven’t put in the flavor shot half the time….I’m done with this location.

Not sure I want to give out the secret, the best Dunkin’ is hiding in Spring Grove! While all Dunkin’s have the same menu everyone loves, the Spring Grove location has the best service around. They are always fast, efficient and friendly! I’ve seen other locations with lines wrapping around the block, but here in spring grove, this crew knows how to keep it moving without sacrificing quality or friendliness!

Not sure what her name was but some lady at the window had an attitude and no intentions of wanting to speak to me. Was originally charged $6.24 just for the regular frozen coffee but then was charged for toppings up to 7.09$. So when I asked for the toppings to be added she wants to give an attitude and say I didn’t ask for them. You’re right I didn’t ask for them, so why did I get charged for it?

Location, service, staff... all great... food quality however... needs definite improvement... I shouldn't have to go back into the kitchen to fix my food from a restaurant of any kind. Bagels charred on the outside and raw and cold everywhere else with a giant glob of cream cheese applied to one bagel... cheese unmelted in my breakfast sandwich, eggs barely warm. In contrast my hashbrowns were pipping hot outside and raw and cold inside due to not being separated before cooked.... fast food isn't edible or practical unless it's done right... imagine if you stopped in on your way to work only to waste money on food you can't even eat and only to be reminded by your hunger all the way through the first half of your work day? I'm sure that would be extremely irritating....

Idk why people gotta hate on spring grove dunkin. I've been ordering from them since the opened. They do it right EVERY SINGLE TIME. I really think people have blind taste buds or they had covid and just cant taste right. Also I don't over complicate my order. It isn't Starbucks. You want some flavored sugar with a dash of coffee, then go to Starbucks. Let the real coffee drinkers enjoy this location. Once again...they make my coffee right EVERY SINGLE TIME. and yes I have tried one of their seasonal drinks...I didn't like it. That's because I prefer just plain coffee. Also this location is literally 2 mins from me. Love the convenience! Inside is very clean. They have a decent selection of donuts...would love some gluten free options in the future as my boss and supervisor are both gluten free!
There were a few bumps in the road when they first opened but I believe they have smoothed them out. I stop by several times a week and the staff is so friendly. Larry has an energy that no matter how much you wish you were still in bed, you at least have a smile now. It’s not always about the coffee.

How incompetent can an establishment be when it comes to a coffee order? Very incompetent at the Spring Grove dunkin. They screwed up my order about a month ago, and I decided to give them a second try today...big mistake. I ordered a lg midnight with sugar free hazelnut...I got a large full sugar pumpkin coffee. Very frustrating to say the least. Il never stop there again.
