Genova's Pizza & Restaurant

A good place for takeout sandwiches. Brought a bunch of them for folks working at the mill down the street and everyone was satisfied. The whole sub is quite a weighty meal.

Let’s see ordered some wings with ranch dressing and OF COURSE the ranch dressing was left out , CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS can’t even be followed. Really sad customer service. Not to mention was told it would take 20 minutes for a few wings and can’t even put the ranch in the bag. Needless to say I will not be going back. Young folks these days truly don’t care about providing ACCURATE service.

We love this restaurant. Sat there for hours. Food came fast, refills came faster, and the words out of my groups mouth at the speed of sound. I particularly loved the art - especially the painting of the child with a mustache. Highly recommend. Good price, too, for the serving size. Yay Genova’s!

Did online ordering the prices do not match what you are charged when you pick up your food. When I questioned it I was told I was wrong very poor customer service

Genova's stays busy, but they do not offer the best tasting food.

Their pizza and wings are ok.

The caprese salad is drenched in balsamic vinegar, creating a sour taste instead of a savory flavor.

Finally, the young servers do not seem to understand how to use their words when a customer is ordering. They just stare at their notepad, write, then walk away. When asking the server questions about the menu, I was ignored.

The bussers answered my menu questions and did a wonderful job cleaning.

The food is always good. We love the cheesesteaks and the pizza! Better carry out spot than eat in although eat in service is very fast. They have delivery as well!

Been going to Genova's in Spring Grove for a few years now, and have never been disappointed! The staff is always on point and service has always been quick and friendly, and the food is hands-down some of the best I've had from a pizzeria! It's always a treat coming here or ordering out!

Having never been here before of course I was skeptical. I mean who doesn't love pizza, and I am a critic.. from the sauce to not enough cheese, to the type and amount of pepperoni and let's not forget the dough! All i can say is if you happen to be in the area you won't be disappointed. Enjoy
