the food is just ok tbh. Service was decent but i’ve been twice and felt rushed out both times. The server only came over a few times but when she did it was obvious she was hoping for the check. Still ok tho. I do think that $27 for a salad is a bit much and some other dishes are also quite overpriced. Interior is lovely tho.

Excellent Mediterranean cuisine. I had the Mediterranean combo for my main course. Very generous portions of homemade hummus, baba ganoush, tabouly, stuffed grape leaves, calamatti olives, feta cheese, falafel and some fresh tzatziki served with a side of sliced cucumbers. So delicious! My mom had gazpacho soup that was delicious. Then she had roasted mussels with garlic and butter sauce. Excellent. Also we had a seasoned freshly baked pita bread and a fresh baked focaccia bread for the table. We ordered dessert to go. Dessert was amazing as well.

This has always been a great place until recently. I came here for an anniversary dinner last night. After being seated, we waited 22 minutes before anyone looked at us. Finally a waitress showed up with two waters and asked if we were ready to order. Throughout dinner we were barely acknowledged or checked in on (we ran completely out of water). I understand how busy things can become for a waitress (as I used to be a waiter) but the restaurant was not busy enough to justify the lack of care we received. Most of the wait staff and bus staff paced the restaurant quickly to appear busy. I rarely leave reviews at all but this experience really solidified that we most likely won’t be back. The food is good and the experience used to be great but the past two times I’ve been here, it’s been a let down.

Our waitress Katherine was not attentive to our large reservation. It took her about 20 minutes to say hello to us and ask for appetizers. We had to ask her several times for plates, utensils, and the check. A large stack of plates sat on our table for the entirety of the dinner, before finally asking her to take them. Another customer at a table nearby actually helped us get her attention to get the check. She did not come to check in on us, resulting on a few people not being totally satisfied with their time and any additions we may have wanted for the meal. Food and atmosphere was nice, the server was not.

katherine was not attentive and provided extremely disappointing service. saw her maybe 4 or 5 times the entire night. we had a large party and couldn’t get plates cleared, extra silverware, or dips and other additions to our meals in a timely manner. was so fed up at the end of the dinner.

We (3ppl) had: Med plate (hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, tahini, pitas and taboleh) - All excellent could have been a meal for one no problem.
Grilled octopus - super tender and I squirted extra lemon on mine.
Grilled lamb - thought I was getting chops for some reason but got boneless thin grilled tenderloin pieces. Very tasty and tender.
White med pizza - garlic, spinach and roasted red peppers.
Red sauce pizza w/ grilled chicken, red onion and roasted red peppers.
Salad with mandarin oranges, Bleu cheese and arugula I think with a balsamic vinegar dressing idk my mom & aunt split it while I housed lamb & terrific tzaziki!
We had no wait because we arrived right at 5 and I called earlier to get out on a wait list so I suggest calling ahead for parties of 6 or less.
Back in the 90”s Mary & Hamdy were like family to me. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to work in such a great environment with two of my favorite people! The food is delicious and service is amazing

Interestingly cool space, visually appealing dishes, and super attentive, nice staff but the food is BLAND! My spouse had the Nutty Shrimp and said it was tasteless. I had the extra thin wheat crust pizza that was supposed to have herbed ricotta and garlic on it but it was like eating air- nice and light texture and beautiful to look at but, sadly, absolutely no flavor. Very surprising and disappointing for a Mediterranean restaurant. And I agree with others. It was $60 for those two dishes- no drinks of any kind, no apps and no dessert.
