Pancheros Mexican Grill - Spring House

This place needs a serious cleaning, from the sneeze guard to the card swipe to the register, food containers and tables. Disgusting and covered with grease. Looks like nobody cleans here.

I’m not sure how there is other reviews saying they love this place, this place was not at all clean and the service was absolutely horrible, the drinks were expensive and the machine was not at all working. The only good thing about this place were the chips. The rest of the food was not at all great

I brought my family over here to get three burritos and when we got to the cook line I noticed how when ever the employees would scoop the pork they would let the juices from the meat drip all over the other meats cross contaminating the food meant for the customers. No one had name tags and they seemed to be add amendment about not using a brush to tame there hair. I will not go back and I will recommend against this place.

This is pretty much Chipotle. They make your bowl or burrito right in front of you as you order what you'd like. same options as Chipotle also. Great food !

I went to Chipotle about a week ago and had a bill well over 30 bucks. I went to pancheros today and paid under 20 bucks for the same order all while getting more food and better service. The girl behind the counter was really sweet and made the experience very pleasant

I wish I lived/worked closer to the area. I LOVE the tofu asada and always add it to my salad or tacos. I’ve only ever ordered takeout and my order has always been timely and accurate. Not to hate on competitors, but I wish Pancheros were as widespread as chipotle.

best quesadilla & burrito I’ve ever had!! This place is my go to sometimes I eat here once a week haha. The food here is ten times better & tastier than Chipotle… the meat is always moist & flavorful. Never dry. The staff is always super friendly.

First time tonight. Very average. Burrito lacked flavor. Hardly any black beans. Didn't really taste guac. Tortilla was undercooked/soggy. Chipotle much better.
