Pancheros Mexican Grill - Spring House

Do not recommend this place at all.
Staff is super rude and the queso was so watery. I always get the quesadilla and they gave me an attitude when I asked them to fix my order as it was not correct.
Overall the worst experience ever and the food is complete garbage!!

Used to eat here all the time. Not sure if the restaurant is under new management but I believe the new owner was working the register. Employees weren’t the issue but the man at the register seemed to have a bad attitude. I wanted to let him know I had free reward and he told me he didn’t care what I had just to scan the barcode (in a negative tone)

He purposely rang it for the queso I got in my burrito and not the chips and queso. I was charged for the more expensive chips and queso instead of the queso in my burrito as he claimed that I didn’t say chips and queso.

All in all, bad experience with the service and the negative responses. Not coming back here again.

This was my favorite pancheroes because the manager Dan had amazing standards and always ensured food was fresh and tasty. Sad to see it decline to its current state. I would avoid this location and find something else with current management.

My food was good, my chips were salty and guacamole just a little bland.

This place was always fantastic, but the $12 I paid for a bowl was lacking. It would have been nice for them to mention it cost extra $ for a drizzle of queso. I fear a great little Mexican place is going downhill!

I always go to this Pancheros and never had any issues. Recently they seem to be under new management and it has really gone downhill. Food is good, but horrible customer service. Last time my burrito wasn't mixed, this time tried to over charge me and forgot my coworkers chips. Will not be back anytime soon.

I visited store this was my first time trying it the guy with the tattoos give him a raise !!! He was so helpful. He made my whole experience!! The store was very clean ! The food was amazing. The queso is so good ! I will definitely be coming back to this location! 5 stars !

Pancheros used to be so good, but they changed management or ownership and it is horrible now. The food is just not good, no seasoning, they don’t mix up the burrito contents anymore before wrapping them. We used to get charged for a side of rice, a side of beans and a tortilla when we would order just a simple bean and rice burrito, but they refused to ring it up as sides and charged us for a full price burrito. It was dinner time on a Saturday and there was nobody in there except us. It won’t be long til this place gets shut down. It’s just such a shock because it was so good before, way better than Chipotle when they had a different store manager. Bye Pancheros, we won’t be coming back.

update: we went for delivery due to the weather, delivery person didn't even ring the bell, he's lucky we were looking for him because our food was at least still warm when we caught him scampering off.

Uber eats barely any steak in quesadillas
could literally count the small pieces mostly cheese Never again waste of money
