We had another great dining out at Spring House Tavern, our waiter was excellent and I also want to commend the restaurant for serving free meals during the Government shutdown earlier this year, this is another example of a business owner caring about the community and it makes me want to dine there even more

Food good & Grace our Server was very attentive. Prime rib was cooked to perfection and very juicy.

Lovely historic tavern. Excellent service. We ate in a dining room, which was pretty but when we looked in the bar on our way out, it was exceptional. Food mediocre.

Once again our visit was excellent. The young lady who took care of us was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional as it always is and we had no waiting to be seated at our reserved time. Definitely would recommend. Frank and MaryAnn Daulerio

The selections we ordered were hit and miss. Our appetizer was overcooked, and two of the three entrées were very ordinary. The filet mignon was well cooked to order and delicious. The service was very good.

I thought they handled everything beautifully! The service was excellent. From what I could tell, they kept up with drinks, meals, coffee, dessert, etc. The food was wonderful as usual, and was hot when served and the ice cream was not melted. I thought everything was perfect!

While traveling, we decided to stop by the Spring House Tavern. There was plenty of parking, and we were seated immediately. We had called minutes ahead, just to ensure seating was available. What a great location!
The meal was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. For starters, we had the avocado crab on baguette slices. The crab was fantastic and generously piled on every slice. It was excellent!
We were a bit pressed for time, so I ordered the salmon burger, which truly tasted like fresh salmon, not a processed patty. It was also perfectly cooked. My wife had the Spring House crab cake, which she said was delicious.
We’re so glad we spontaneously decided to stop in and discovered this gem. Last but not least, our server, Katherine, was wonderfu, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. A manager also stopped by to check on us and ask if we needed anything, which was a nice.
If you’re in the area or just passing through, be sure to stop in. I’m confident you’ll agree with us, this is a great place to dine.

The good as always was spectacular, the service was excellent. From beginning to end the service was on top of everything and came out on time and nicely paced. As usual everything from beginning to end was superb.

We recently hosted an event at this restaurant, and everything was exceptional. The event planning team made the entire process smooth and stress-free, offering great guidance and handling every detail with care.
The menu packages were well-curated and flexible, making it easy to choose options that worked perfectly for our group. The food itself was outstanding—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was.
Service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, ensuring everyone felt taken care of throughout the event.
Highly recommend this restaurant for both special occasions and everyday dining—top-tier quality in every way.

We waited for 1 hour for food to be delivered to our table after waiter changed the order 3 times. Can't serve this. Can't serve that. Cold coffee. Terrible eggs. Terrible experience. We will not return.

Our seating area was nice, but 3/4 way through our meal a large (very loud) group was seated in the middle of the room. We left shortly afterwards... I ordered the filet. It was overcooked over-priced, and didn't taste like "filet". It was small in size and dry. The lobster mashed potatoes were good. My husband's burger was over-cooked too. Neither of us finished our meals. We were disappointed.

We arrived at noon and the noise level was minimal. As the restaurant filled up it became more difficult to carry on a converation at our table. We all ordered different menu items and they were all delicious and reasonably priced. Even though it was crowded we did not feel that we were rushed in any way as we sat and drank our coffee after our lunch. Love that we have this neighborhood gem close by. Highly recommend eating at the Spring House Tavern.
