This location is super inconsistent with everything. In the app they tell you to go and have the drink remade if there is an issue. However the managers and baristas are super rude and make you totally feel uncomfortable when you ask. They act like its YOUR FAULT OR you are the problem. As the consumer who puts money into there paychecks ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS, there attitudes should be positive AND THE DRINKS made correctly and CONSISTENTLY. without any issues from managers or baristas. DO BETTER...also the manager has NO ISSUE ARGUING YOU down about anything which is totally unprofessional instead of taking accountability. SERVICE needs to be better, and BARRISTAS/ MANAGERS not rude to the public. IT is not our fault you chose to work at starbucks and maybe UNHAPPY. DO SOMETHING THAT DOES.

This store is wonderful but the baristas are so rude whenever you order online 2-3 mins before showing up at the drive thru for pickup. It’s not the customers fault that your corporate sucks and tracks your window times to make sure they’re perfect.

If you want to wait atleast 15mins for your drink to be made, this is then place for you. Placed a mobile order when i left my house 15 mins away and still wasnt ready.

I go out of my way to come to this location because the people working there have on multiple occasions gotten my order correct. They also make my order within 5 minutes. I am someone that gets my order and sits inside. The drive through looks backed up all the time. If you actually come in the service is prompt and very good.
I’ve been here many times and I finally decided to review. This pace sucks for service every time. Takes forever to get anything and it just never gets fixed.

This morning, I went to pick up my bagel order and have my Chai Latte remade. I spoke with Salina, who was extremely rude and condescending. She gave me a disgusted look and questioned why I was coming in now to get my drink redone. However, when I spoke with a supervisor back in March, I was told I could come in at any time to have it remade. If Starbucks promised me a drink remake without expiration, that should be honored. I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly a decade, and there was no reason for Salina to be rude, discriminatory, and condescending. I’ve decided I will no longer shop at Starbucks. If she dislikes her job that much, she should consider leaving.
Absolutely slowest drive thru at a Starbucks I’ve ever encountered in all my years consuming Starbucks. The baristas are usually very pleasant and nice. But it’s much faster to just order inside than to sit in the drive thru for 20+ minutes every morning.

Magnificent service
35 minute wait today while ordering in the app. if your wait times are that high you need to be staffed better, pay your people better, or treat your people better. I will not be revisiting this location again.

I paid 9 dollars for a drink that they filled with ice. I barely got any sips out of this watered down acai!! It's a rip off and I can't even get my money back. There was literally no taste to the drink due to ice. Retrain the employees so they know how much ice is too much.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Poor poor poor customer service. They all have a nasty attitude towards customers and towards each other and does not make this a good environment to relax. The demeanor and attitude I received made me feel as if me coming in was such a horrible thing to do.
They were literally talking about how overworked and underpaid they were and how horrible their manager is, as if WE the customers cannot hear them. Then they preceded to give me one of the worst tasting coffee I’ve ever had in my life. If I could give them 0.5 stars I would.

Love this place but they need to retrain employees on how much ice to put in their drinks. I paid $8.38 and I had two sips!! I have to ask for light ice now on all my drinks.Edit: I asked for light ice today and got the same amount.

I'm a daily customer and I get the same drink every day. Not sure I'll be back. I was told this morning my drink was 30 cents more effective today because of a new product roll out and price increases were just initiated. This is not a new drink and a 30 cents increase is just too much. Very disappointed.
Best Service, Best Baristas.... never had a bad experience. The employees go above and beyond .
