A must stop every Friday on our way to Hemlock Acres Campground. The chicken is delicious along with everything else. The baked goods are delicious and cheaper then you can make them yourself. The Owner and Staff are Always Very Friendly!! Highly Recommended!!
Very good somewhat local cuisine. Ok what is local cuisine? Ok now that we got that out of the way, lets get to the service and food, both very good and well worth the stop. My wife had the turkey / mash potatoes and said it was some of, if not the most moist turkey she has ever had, and my boasted was the same. For dessert they have many homemade pies and such. What’s cool is if you can’t make up your mind on which pie to get you can order small sampler of 3 different pies...
I visit Sugarcreek at least once a year. I meet family while I am in town. We ate at this restaurant on my last visit and we had the fish dinner. I usually pass on all buffets as I am just not a big eater anymore. The food was properly cooked and tasty. The service was good. I am planning on going back next month with my family.
