I judge a Chinese restaurant on their hot n sour soup. Valley Wok's was wonderful I'd say tied with the best I've ever had comparable to Lee's in Aberdeen Maryland.
stopped for lunch while traveling through the area. Hands down the best Chinese food I've had in years. Fried Ragoons were fresh and flavor bombs. The won ton soup was so tasty and not salty. So glad we stopped. Thank you!
Love the food and the wait times are short. Though I will say for the first time in my life I intentionally left a bad tip. I sort of jokingly asked my server -- do they at least pay her more than the average server wage for taking all those phone calls (I am a server and make $2.83/hr so I live off tips).
