I’ve been going to Springtown Inn for a few years now. I love the vibe and always have a great experience. They are always accommodating and offer fun cocktails. I especially enjoy going for my birthday. When I went earlier this week, I requested a candle in my prime rib to make the celebration a little more special. Carol, our waitress, along with a young gentleman who was helping that evening, went out of their way to make it happen. I was so thrilled it truly made my birthday feel special.
Overall, it was another wonderful experience. I will definitely continue to visit and highly recommend.

Only 2 of our appetizer came out, we had to wait 10 minutes for the 3rd one.
Dinner came and was under cooked, waited another minutes for that to be corrected.
We found that if you aren't a regular customer you are ignored and don't get the service the regulars do.
It's sad, a nice place but it will be a while before we go back. 😕

i am the person tha defends customer service on the phone with my dad, i have never in my life left a google review. but this was the worst dining experience i have ever had- i didn’t get served any water the entire evening (and was yelled at for ordering separate from the party at the bar) , i waited half an hour and was asked two times what i ordered for my drink and the food was absolutely flavorless, undercooked, and disgusting. service was horrible. do not eat here
the picture shows what was supposed to be regular chicken. not fried or anything. how do you manage to make chicken soggy

Back in the late 90s/early 2000s, Springtown Inn used to be known for their all-you-can-eat king crab legs and the best prime rib you could get. After not having been there since then, I'm happy to say their prime rib is still enormous and better than ever. I hear the ownership changed around 6 years ago but the new owners have really done up the place and the food/cocktails have never been better. A must try!

ATTENTION!!!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO EAT!
We ate at Springtown Inn last night as a part a dinner that was for a local community men’s group — our annual Christmas dinner — and unfortunately the experience was a major disappointment.
To start with the positives: the building itself is charming. The age of the inn, combined with the Christmas decorations, created a warm, cozy, and inviting atmosphere. We also had our own private room, which was very nice. Sadly, that welcoming setting only made the rest of the experience more frustrating.
Service went downhill almost immediately. The waitress took drink orders in no particular order, and my drink never arrived. After about 15 minutes, I jokingly asked if she may have forgotten about me. Her response was, “Yes, I did — and then I couldn’t find a copper cup for the drink.” After that interaction, no one from the wait staff spoke to me again for the remainder of the evening.
Warm dinner rolls were served, but there was no butter on the table — only olive oil. These were not crusty Italian-style rolls meant for dipping, which made that choice confusing and disappointing.
Our table was served last. When my prime rib finally arrived, it was immediately obvious that it was cold. The meat was barely lukewarm at best. The carrots were essentially cold, and the potatoes ranged from warm to cold. I tried repeatedly to get the attention of the wait staff and was completely ignored.
Throughout the entire meal, I was never asked if I wanted another drink — not even a refill of water.
To make matters worse, another woman at our table received a drink with a bug in it. She returned it, only to have to follow up more than once to see if it was even being replaced. It took over 15 minutes, then another inquiry, before she finally received a replacement drink.
The only saving grace of the evening was the company — friends and colleagues from the club. Unfortunately, the service and food quality were so poor that I honestly wish I could give half of one star.
If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a meal, I strongly recommend finding another restaurant.

The worst!! Went for my wife's work party. Wait staff was understaffed, rude and not attentive. We had a (2) drink maximum. Waited for over a half hour before we were asked for our first drink. The table asked for water several times to no avail. Both drinks (moscow mule/martini) were finally brought to the table and were just average. Tried to order a drink at the bar due to a long wait and were denied service. The meals were brought to the table almost 2 hours later and were room temperature. One party at the table was not served their meal. Stay away. There are many better restaurants in the area. Id also give zero stars if i could.+

Food was excellent. Table was set for 2 when we had 3. Had reservations and it was not busy. Service was subpar!!! Waitress was not attentive unless you were a regular and we reflected in her tip. Had to ask for water multiple times. Felt like an afterthought while she was buzzing by and socializing with the regulars next to us. Food was great but won't be back. Sad because this was a birthday celebration.

My in-laws Jeannette and John Smoll used to go there at least monthly back in the early 90’s. They got to know the owners and became good friends, so much so that my wife and I were married at Christ Luthern Church a few doors away just so we could all walk over to the Springtown Inn afterwards for our reception dinner. The food and atmosphere were just perfect. We completely forgot to get a cake so they baked one right on the spot. There’s much more to the story, but they made our wedding day a most cherished memory. In fact, today is our 34th wedding anniversary, July 27, 1991. We don’t live in the area so I was very happy to see that you are still in business after all these years. I hope we can get back there one day!
