I’ve been going to Springtown Inn for a few years now. I love the vibe and always have a great experience. They are always accommodating and offer fun cocktails. I especially enjoy going for my birthday. When I went earlier this week, I requested a candle in my prime rib to make the celebration a little more special. Carol, our waitress, along with a young gentleman who was helping that evening, went out of their way to make it happen. I was so thrilled it truly made my birthday...
Back in the late 90s/early 2000s, Springtown Inn used to be known for their all-you-can-eat king crab legs and the best prime rib you could get. After not having been there since then, I'm happy to say their prime rib is still enormous and better than ever. I hear the ownership changed around 6 years ago but the new owners have really done up the place and the food/cocktails have never been better. A must try!
Food was excellent. Table was set for 2 when we had 3. Had reservations and it was not busy. Service was subpar!!! Waitress was not attentive unless you were a regular and we reflected in her tip. Had to ask for water multiple times. Felt like an afterthought while she was buzzing by and socializing with the regulars next to us. Food was great but won't be back. Sad because this was a birthday celebration.
