My restaurant experience tells me you have to be working really, really hard to maintain these kinds of reviews. Hats off to the entire staff. I see a lot of regulars here too. That's consistency.

Amazing food lots to choose from. Friendly staff.

I can’t speak for the food . I was waiting on an order for DoorDash . Waited 25 minutes and then was told they just began the order . Had to cancel and miss out on money ! The atmosphere is very loud and hectic . The waiting area is directly in front of the door and in the way . It was like a football huddle how close everybody was .

Fast and friendly service and the food was great.

Ordered delivery for 3 of us.. took over hour and half and had to call into restaurant 3 times and asked to talk to manager was told they would call me and never did... food was cold by time go to us..very disappointed with service and how they handled it.

Large portions for the price, served in large pasta bowls.

Good for a family meal. The serving size is excellent. The food is tasty.

The sweet female manager and her daughter are the best thing about this place. The way the owner and/or manager conducts this property is shameful. Loud, unbearably loud parties until 4 in the am with all the windows covered with absolutely no regard for the small town that is trying to sleep. I'll never darken the doorway of this place again. When you run a business, you take into consideration the people around you.

They took our phone order and never cooked it. My husband showed up as instructed but was not even started yet. They wanted to give him a buck off. Short staffed and not willing to accommodate the customer. Thus, they were willing to take a bad review and the manager even knew it !

This was our first time at Castello's. Our waitress Lauren was excellent. Personable, attentive without being overbearing and knowledgeable. The food was amazing, the portions were generous and I felt everything was very affordable. We will definitely be coming back again.
