So me and my family was going to call Naples for subs because I remembered how great the subs were. However today (3/19/24 )between 5-6 pm (and I put this down so hopefully he realized how aweful he was. So he hung up on us when we weren’t even done ordering and when we called him back said that we were playing and we were a waste of time. That is NEVER how you talk to customers. Congratulations. You lost a customer.

The food here is not worth the price. I paid $26 for Chicken Tenders with French fries and a cheesesteak sub. The chicken tenders were skinny and small. The French fries were fried too long. This was my 2nd time eating there and I was disappointed both times.

Never ever eat here. Unclean practices in Restaurant. The cook has come out with his apron on to leave the shop on separate occasions. They keep their cheese in a trash type of bin and store it under a cabinet which is gross to me and I got sick upon eating here. Something was left out or stored improperly. I never returned back and I do not ever recommend eating here. They also do not handwashing and it is disturbing.
