Food at top of line. Classic but current flavor. The French onion soup is superb along with many of their other foods. Class Act in today's food restaurants!!!

I’ve been wanting to try Johnny’s for awhile now. We finally splurged and were so disappointed. My husband and I both ordered prime rib medium rare. It was overcooked and chewy, served with au jus that was salty and tastes like store bought bouillon. It would have been so much better in natural juices. The 2 plates were completely opposite cuts, my had about 1/4 fat which is acceptable for good prime rib but his was more than 1/2 fat. The waitress said that the kitchen manager said they were aware the cuts today were fatty so they sliced them bigger. wow. We were offered free dessert which didn’t come close to offsetting the disappointment of paying $159 for a subpar dinner for 2.

I love this place. I know the steaks are not prime and Lancaster's countians think overpriced. But I find the food consistent. The service is good and the atmosphere is nice. I continue to go.

Not a fan of the food, service or atmosphere. Skip Johnny's and go to Kyma upstairs for the seafood. You can make a much better and more reasonably-priced steak at home yourself.
For the money, I could've gone somewhere else. So-so food and very slow service. Just blah.

We had a wonderful holiday party with our team. I unfortunately left my wristlit behind and they had it and all cash and cards were still intact.Crystal who answered the phone the next morning could not have been any more helpful with my concern of my wristlet so grateful for such a wonderful managed operation.I highly recommend on all levels.

I think Johnnys is totally overrated and very expensive. I was in a party of three and we spent $143 for two filets, a strip steak, one merlot and a soda. I ordered my filet medium well done which should mean a slightly pink center. Mine filet was well done to the point of almost being burnt. My friends were happy with their selections to be fair. For spending $173 with tip, I expected a bit of luxury, there was done. We were seated in a booth very close to a table of 6 and right next to another booth although separated by a glass wall and a booth directly behind us.Next time, I wish to experience being well taken care of, I will choose Dan’s.

After being seated right away, we waited 10 minutes and no one came to wait on us. Finally had to go ask the hostess to send someone to our table. Steaks were good. I would recommend NOT getting fries here. Worst frozen fries for a high end steak house. Longhorn Steakhouse is actually a better deal.

I really loved the atmosphere which started the second I walked through the door, as the host greeted us welcomingly with a friendly smile. The drinks served were plentiful and full of flavor but unfortunately, that was the last pleasant thing the evening. The crab dip was so so. Our steaks tasted bland, almost flavorless. Three of the four steaks were cooked correctly to the requested degree whereas the fourth was charred… The asparagus was served cold with just butter and no seasonings. When we informed the waitress that they were cold, she offered to bring out another plate but that plate was cold as well. The lobster tail was dry and no amount of butter could cover it up. All four of us were shocked when our bill came, as the waitress had told us that the market price was nine dollars less than was stated on the bill. When we asked the waitress about the issue she immediately dismissed us that we were in the wrong and walked away, leaving us with more distaste in our mouths than the steaks did.
