Seemed like a nice place; ordered delivery years ago and they took over an hour to get to us. I ordered shrimp scampi and they literally just had chunks of garlic and olive oil mixed with pasta and forgot the shrimp. Today i ordered 2 pizzas to go over the phone. I was told 20-25min. Arrived at 30min and my order was not done. I asked for an ETA and was told 10min. They didn’t finish until over an hour after i ordered. I’m sorry but they should’ve at least informed me of how backed up they were when i arrived and paid, not had me wait around for an additional 40min. Pizza was not worth the wait. I will not be returning.

The server was very sweet but the food was terrible! My son ordered stuffed shells and asked for chicken to be added to the dish. It was so “soupy” with sauce and it did not have a good flavor. Not sure what it could have been but I tasted chemicals, something was definitely off. My son said it tasted like watery pizza sauce. I didn’t try any of his chicken but he said it was rubbery. I ordered the Riviera chicken salad. The chicken was breaded and was tough. I ate what I could but my son didn’t eat his meal. They were willing to discount the meal 50% which, I guess, was fair. We won’t be returning. At one time, this was a very good restaurant (many years ago).

We were there on a Saturday at 4pm and we had a party of 11. Some had been there before but most had never been there. Everyone was very impressed with the portions and also how good everything tasted. Our waitress was Becky and she was awesome. She was on the ball with everything and and we didn't have to ask for anything because she remembered everything. I would highly recommend Riviera's Pizza & Italian Restaurant to everyone and ask for Becky if she's available.Parking: There is plenty of parking in the 2 lots they haveKid-friendliness: Kid menu had good choicesWheelchair accessibility: All on 1 floor

Had an issue placing a take out order. I'm not sure why the staff could not understand "what does the chicken marsala come with?" The chicken was rock hard and inedible. Unfortunately, it was thrown out after 2 bites ( both were spit out).
The staff were extremely nice and it gives off a "home" level of comfort. The food was amazing and they serve so much of it. That house made sauce and bread were absolutely delicious!

I love their pizza and order often.Their dinner portion sizes are very large.The restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly.
Slow service as far as food production. Only 6 people in the restaurant but lots of take outs. The same cooks are doing both and the dining room suffers. It took almost 38min to get our 1 entree we split. Overall, better than good, but not to great yet.
Sicilian special is great.
