I ordered soup there was an unknown object in it, Rachel our server was great, immediately apologized and asked if I wanted something to take home. I said yes to the Peanut butter pie. I then watched her discuss it with who I assumed was a manager. She then came back and explained the pie was $9.00 and that our triple dipper was discounted 50%. Now she had offered this dessert as compensation and the manager charged me but took 50% off an app, I shouldve refused and demanded to see the manager because they never came to the table, apologized or anything. They just left their server to deal with it. Perhaps had I yelled and screamed it may have gotten attention but it seems common sense that a manager come see you in such a situation. Instead they revoked the free dessert that our server offered and felt that 50% was sufficient off an app. I'll never patronize this establishment again. This manager should have vehemently apologized for such an egregious error in the kitchen and actually compensated us for the entire meal. The manager's actions poorly reflects their ability to manage and emphasizes a culture of disregard for good customer service. Notice I keep using they in reference to the manager because I could not be sure if it was the person I saw our server speak to again because they never interacted with us. To be clear this review in no way reflects on our server, Rachel who was very nice, understanding and offered great service. This is directed towards the manager specifically who did not respond appropriately and did not back their server. My star rating is purely a reflection of food safety violations and poor management.

CHECK YOUR BILL. We’ve been overcharged on two separate occasions. It was corrected after a lengthy wait.

Service is hit or miss. Takes forever for server to round back and give refills IF they offer. Needed to be flagged down several times during the two trips. 2nd trip was not busy at time of dining experience.

The service here is abysmal. Drink order took nearly 20 minutes. We only saw the waiter twice…

Idk if it was just because we went at 8 o'clock on a Sunday night but literally nothing was good. The chicken was super dry, they seemed to only give me the last of the bucket of fries because they were all small ends of the potato, and the cookie I got for the cookies skillet was burnt... and this isn't the first time I've been here I keep trying to give it chances but don't think I'll go anymore. Service isn't all that great either

Food was amazing but associates need to focus on customers more than their time talking to each other

2 ¹/² stars if I could. It was an absolute basic af experience. Bland food, too much ice in the soda, not enough alcohol in the mixed drink. Really meh. Only bright spot was our waitress. I wish I remembered her name. Thin pale women with long dark hair and face piercings. She was absolutely lovely. So friendly and attentive.

Didn’t get our servers name, but she was fabulous. I watched her take care of everybody and do it well and with a smile. Did not expect much but service really is a beautiful thing.

Food prep left a little to be desired. I got the hard top of onion in my food and my friends broccoli wasn't cooked. It was served barely warm with some sort of grease over it that didn't taste like butter. But I do need to say that over all the food is loaded with bold flavor and you don't walk away hungry!
The table the hostess walked us to still had a puddle of some sort of slurry on it from the previous patrons. It wasn't that busy. There were plenty of other tables so I don't know why she even seated us there. Someone came and quickly and wiped it b4 we sat down but it still felt greasy and strange.
As for the actual food server, lets just say she (and she had help from another young man who appeared to be learning) seemed very stressed. She ignored me deliberately after they brought out our appetizer with no plates. I literally put my hand up and waved when she was at the table right next to us. She had to have seen it. No way she couldn't have unless she had a vision problem that blocked any and all of her peripheral vision. We waited a bit while we tried to pass around the one plate between us using all of our allotted napkins. I had to finally get up and walk up to her at a table of new customers. She still tried to ignore me while I stood there saying, "Miss, Miss, Miss." Finally, clearly angry, she stopped just short of actually saying, "Shush!" I said to her, "Please, when u get a chance." while motioning toward our table and went back and sat down. Finally my efforts were fruitful!
In closing I want to say, Chili's needs to hire a better manager. Corporate needs to cough up the money to really PAY someone who really knows how to manage a restaurant. A person who really understands how things reflect on them personally and ultimately on the business and everyone it employs.
After all that, the food was tasty! It def hits the spot when you have a Southwest craving! I would just recommend take-out!

I have been to this location twice recently and both times were very strange. On the first occasion, I was dining in at lunch time. My grandmother and I waited more than ten minutes for a server before finally having to get up and flag someone down across the dining room. The guy went into the kitchen and sent out another man that told us that our server was having an emergency in the bathroom and that he could get us started. He took our drink order and my grandmother’s food order (but not mine), before walking away. The original guy that we had approached then returned with the drinks and told us to take our time deciding… when clearly we were ready to order considering we had to flag him down, and then he walked away. My order had still not been taken. A female then approached the table and apologized saying that she was talking to the manager and that she was our server. She then took both of our orders while we sat there puzzled. She never did return (although we saw her floating around), and the original guy finished us out. The manager was also outside laughing on his cell phone during all of this, so I’m assuming that the server was probably in the bathroom…
Tonight I decided to give take-out a try and got a Triple Dipper. There was chipotle sauce from my crispers all over everything and also spilled avocado ranch, and then a random side of chocolate sauce in there, which was kind of confusing.
