If you want highly salted food, this is your place. When the salt overwhelms the food, someone has a heavy hand. Service is always good. Atmosphere, it's a restaurant, nothing more.
I received a reply, which directed me to Chili's website, but didn't offer a way offer my critique. Just more of the same rhetoric I expected. How about, please call our store manager. This is how broken we are today. No one truly cares.

My son and I had lunch there. I had a quesadilla and he had the BBQ Brisket burger. The food was really good and the service was very good. It wasn't very busy when we where there.

Food was surprisingly bad. I dont ever expect much from chain restaurants but the southwest egg rolls were not fried lokg enough and the result was a super mushy egg roll. Didn't realize the sliders had bacon in them and they were gracious enough to replace them. Service was top tier but the food was not good...but again thats really based on perspective. I dont often eat out at places and when I do, its not usually a chain. They also had TVs with sports in so that was cool.
