We t to the bathroom and it is not clean. Dirty sink. Dirty walls. If they don’t clean the bathroom. Imagine the kitchen and the food area. This store is not well kept to Dunkin standards. Owner ought to be aware of his business. A new Wawa is going to open on Old Reading Pike. And all of Dunkin’s customers will go there instead. I see this Dunkin store closing soon.

This is, absolutely, the worst DD I have ever been to. The staff couldn’t have been more miserable. Not even the slightest attempt to be friendly. Seriously poor customer service.

Why is this place even open! The employees are rude and they look like they slept in their clothes and just got up and came to work. The environment is not professional at all and they don’t care that young kids are in the place when using inappropriate language! Never again will i support this location. Please revamp your staff or close your store.

Terrible. The workers are rude mind you we were sitting there quiet not bothering anyone and payed so much money. Never complained we’re always respectful and me and my friend left leaving our drinks with my other friends as we went to go grab something, we were walking back my friend let me know they were talking about us saying that “we need jobs we’re bored and got nothing better to do” they’re so disrespectful. They are always cussing and fooling around in the back. It’s summer and we paid and kept it respectful mind you we have jobs as well. They were talking. The manager Felicia. She is so disrespectful. They always close early when they aren’t even supposed to? Service is absolutely horrible. This isn’t even the first time this has happened to us when we do nothing but keep it respectful and classy. This has happened multiple times i don’t know why she’s mad just because she hates her job. Girl boo it costs nothing to be respectful especially when no disrespect was said. Rolling her eyes as we order mind you we’re bringing you profit. Such an odd individual. At this point fire the whole staff. Matter of fact shut down the whole building. Mind you, she barely does anything and when she does she doesn’t even make anything right? She needs to be dealt with. Done going there not like they were good anyway.

There was something there at the pickup area for my order, but it was wrong, that’s why I say that I didn’t see anything at the pickup area for my order. Cody got all my drinks together while a gentleman who was getting my donuts complain in front of me why customers are ordering shit that they don’t have. Absolutely horrible, never ordering here again but please give Cody a raise or something because he’s actually doing his job.

No one is watching the front register, my order is wrong 75% of the time. I’ve started skipping past this dunkin and going to a further one. Don’t waste your time

I like the location of this dunkin and it’s far less busy than the other Pottstown dunkin. But this one woman who works there is soo rude. Earlier this week my husband and I went through the drive thru and he got me an iced latte and asked for it have cold foam on top. When the woman handed him the drink she made a comment that it “cold foam is extra but we gave it to you free this one time.” Like okay, weird that they didn’t just charge the extra dollar or whatever for cold foam but whatever. My husband went again today and she gave him an attitude about the cold foam, saying the drink doesn’t “come with cold foam.” And my husband was like “yes, I know, thats why I’m asking for you to add it and I’ll pay for it.” Like it’s just so weird and rude. Never had an issue at any other dunkin or starbucks. Normally they just add it and charge you extra.

I never order coffee, but I wanted a peppermint mocha latte, no whipped cream, whole milk. Simple enough, you'd think. The lady that took my order, never specified hot or iced. I get to the window and I'm presented with an iced coffee. I said to guy that tried to hand me the coffee that I wanted hot. He said I ordered iced. I literally have never ordered iced coffee in my life. When I said I wanted hot, he tried to stare me down, mouthed something, made some hand motions and stormed off. Idk what that guys problem is. It's probably because he's middle aged and works at Dunkin, but to stare at me and then act like a giant man baby isn't going to make your life better. I'll definitely never go here again.
