I’ve only had great experiences when ordering here :) I’ve recommended to multiple people - the honey chipotle is amazing. This has beat out my BWW’s order for my new favorite chicken. Will continue to come back.

Personally, I like them. I've ordered through Door Dash many times for lunch at work. I usually order the boneless wings with mild buffalo sauce and the garlic parm sauce. I order extra sauce and mix the two of them together and dip in bleu cheese. 5 stars from me.

Had SW Cajun Dry Rub, Buffalo, and lemon pepper wings. The lemon pepper were pretty good, though heavy on the seasoning. The SW Cajun Dry Rub are supposed to be one of their hotter wings. They weren't even as hot as the Buffalo (considered medium), plus they were dry. The Buffalo were average in flavor. There were tons of fries (a ridiculous amount) with each set of 8 wings and they were cold and soggy. This is definitely a restaurant you can pass on checking out.

Mostly everything was good, except for an incomplete entree of sour cream, salsa and marinara sauce, which we had to wait awhile for it to be brought to us while the food became cold.

As a potential new customer, I always check the reviews of somewhere before we decide to go there. Looking at these reviews, I know there's a decent chance we're going to be disappointed so we'll go somewhere else. Word of mouth, aka reviews, can be your best friend or your worst enemy in any business. Instead of empty apologies to customers who've had a bad experience, (some have given the establishment more than one chance) learn from these reviews and improve your game. We may try your establishment some day, If and when we see improved reviews.

I'm currently sitting in this place. I've been here for an hour and a half and when our meals were finally served, three out of four were ice cold. Their solution? To take two of the meals off the bill. That's great, but I have a family of four who've been waiting for over an hour to eat and they're starving.

I ordered two combos we pulled up and checked in they literally saw us waiting we were the only ones there. we waited for about 20 min I decided to call to see if they’d answer and she immediately knew it was us and brought the food out we got the wrong wings and the food was cold waste of 20 dollars I would love for a refund. I continue to give them a try and they always give me a reason not to come back.
Good wings, sauce has good flavor and spice. Only wish they had more flavors. Hot and Honey would be a great option.

So I just ordered some lemon pepper wings and mango for me and these wings were raw/undercooked so disappointing because the first time I ordered I enjoyed them but now they were all think I might have salmonella poisoning.. call and no one answered the phone smh

My chicken was raw. Do not order from here you can’t even get a hold of them. Disgusting we threw away all our food and we ate some and had to throw it up.

If I could give a 0 I would. Absolutely atrocious. Wings were raw. Fries soggy. The chocolate pie not even baked. Do yourself a favor and go dumpster diving behind any other restaurant and you'll find a tastier treat than the absolute garbage this place serves up and claims its food
