As a regular starbucks customer, I stoped into this store to get some work done for like 20 minutes. The Manager kicked me out because I didn’t buy anything even though the store was completely empty. I told him I just needed to finish something up but he said I had to leave that second. I understand he is following orders but I’m not sure how this policy promotes repeat customers and positive word of mouth. Not a fan either way. It seems for them profit comes before service, but long term they made a decision that lost them a repeat customer. Don’t usually leave reviews but I hope they learn from this and make exceptions to show they actually care.

I come here quite often and always get the same thing. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew with an extra shot, add foam, and two pumps of the white chocolate mocha sauce. Tell me why I literally just got milk in a cup for $7? Why would you even think that this is acceptable to give to a customer? Come on….

i came in 2 hours before closing with a very simple 3 item order that i placed it online, with the only modification being light ice. i received a pink drink instead of a dragon drink and my panini was stale and soggy (i didnt know that could happen either) and the employees took their time

Went through the drive through and ordered my 7 dollar drink. Went to the checkout window she hands the card machine I tap my card and realize it never asked me to tip and I’m charged 12 dollars. Your staff self tipped themselves on my card. Very aggravating

This location is always so welcoming. They always make sure my drink is good. Even if it wasnt right , i can tell the barista and they make my drink to perfection. I would like to point out 1 barista in particular. She has been there a couple times since ive been coming . She kinda has reddish hair. Might be more on the blonde side, but she makes my visit so smooth. She is bubbly and friendly and loving. I wish i remembered her name. Its liz or Liv . But she is great and i love seeing her. Great job guys !
