the guy at the window sucks, hopefully not a manager, he has horrible attitude, messed my drink up and got a nasty look on his face when told to fix it, he wasn’t pleasant at all shouldn’t be working customer service at!!

I’ve had multiple incidents of a certain employee being rude and disrespectful. The first few times I wrote it off as the employee having a bad day, but as a service worker you should have the decency to be respectful.

The food would’ve been a 5 Starr but i when I got my grilled cheese I had to ask them to re toast it because it was so soft ….and not to mention the shaken espresso I got was very disgusting and I’m very disappointed…i love Starbucks but this a just a big fat no ….I went there around 10:56

They’re never open and super slow when they are. Ordered 3 items, 2 of which they were out of lol

Update: they’re still always out of stuff. It’s honestly pathetic. I ordered something 2 times in a row and out both times. They also don’t update the menu board to say out. Person behind me ordered something and was also told they were out. Maybe do a better job ordering?! Service is also still terribly slow!

Placed a mobile order for 3 people prior to leaving my house. When I got there I was told I need to order at least 5-7 minutes in advanced.. now the second time I'm told this last time it was one drink and told 5-10 minutes in advanced. So instead of mobile ordering my large orders I'll just drive up to the speaker and place it. I've never gotten a complaint at any other coffee shops for "picking up my mobile order too soon"

The girl at the window was so nice. But the guy, well... I asked him for sugar and lemon for my tea he rudely replied “We don’t have lemon!” Then walked away. Came back with 4 packs of sugar and practically threw them in my hand to the point I almost dropped them. Totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Big “If “I ever go there again and he’s at the window I’m just going to drive off and go elsewhere. Customer service is not his forte and I’ll be damned to put myself through that again.

Yesss sell me an overpriced pre frozen sandwich that somehow is missing ingredients???? and then don’t answer the phone when I call ab it Amazing service, amazing egg on bread. Thanks Starbucks! $15 for a coffee and sandwich the size of a sticky note is insane :)

I've been there 3 times, and twice was by myself with my 2 babies, one 2 months old, and another 22 months, both times while by myself they screwed up my order and after waiting extremely long for a small cup of iced coffee, with 2 babies, I don't have time for them to fix it, because by the time I actually get my coffee, the babies are tired of waiting. As am I. I have mixed feeling about this star bucks, but unfortunately it's only one of 2 that are close to me
