This is my regular Starbucks! Love it there! Mainly do pickup, but when I do go into the store, find its a nice atmosphere and very clean. The staff is always very nice! Want to give a special shout out to Abby, who is not only very friendly, but always makes my 14 year old daughter's "special" Refresher drink absolutely PERFECT every time! ☺️ Thanks Abby!!

This is my go to Starbucks, rarely do I run into incompetent workers. However, today I went to drive through and the man working talked over me the entire time and failed to give me my correct drink once I went inside the store and had asked them to remake it. He was talking to the other workers, had the window open when I had pulled up and continued to talk over me when I had asked to use my Starbucks rewards. When I went back inside the store for my drink to be remade, he had let it sit on the counter near the drive through window for twenty minutes and insincerely apologized to me. The manager did nothing about the situation that I know of and didn’t offer me any discount for the 20 minutes I spent waiting on a drink that had apparently been sitting there the entire time. I strongly do not believe this worker should be working in a fast placed environment, He was very rude to me and inconvenient.

This store is FILTHY!! I saw muddy floor in the work area, garbage was overflowing, spillage all over, back counters were dirty, i was gross to drink my macchiato. There weren’t any coffee left in the pot or old coffee was left in the pot, Saw the dirty espresso machine + steamer, which wiped with a dirty rag after steaming the milk. Health department should close this store.

Waited in the car line for almost 30 minutes today only to find out they didn’t have any pumpkin syrup…so no PSL. It’s September how could they be out of pumpkin syrup? Not to mention almost every time I come to this location they are out of something. Their franchise tag should be revoked! This place is under terrible management.

This is the closest location to my house and I go frequently. The past month or so I have been receiving half filled drinks, incorrect orders (which I do not send back even though I can not stand milk in my coffee) or extremely slow service. I always order on the app in an attempt to move things along a little faster (busy mom if three) and twice now I have gone and my order seemed to have been forgotten (well after the designated 10-12 minutes).Today was the last straw. I spend $6+ on a coffee multiple times a week and today my drink was so empty it looked like someone had already drank from it. I understand that I order light ice so it will not be filled completely because I often do not have the chance to drink it all immediately and I don’t like my coffee watered down but you think for $6+ they would at least fill most of the cup. This is a greedy tactic in my opinion on a product that already is overpriced. I am done wasting my money for half a coffee and just invested that money in an iced coffee machine to start making it at home. I suggest you do the same.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks that I go to. Their drinks are consistently delicious. The baristas are so friendly and always remember me and my order. I don’t know what it is about this Starbucks, but their drinks taste better. Every time. I get a vanilla iced latte with extra syrup, an extra shot, and oat milk. It seems simple enough, but believe me when I tell you that some places mess it up. This Starbucks is great!
