The service was fast and the employees were welcoming and kind! Inside of the location is kept clean and the food is prepped with both attention to detail and plenty of measures to prevent cross contamination between ingredients. There was an array of signature flavors of rolled ice cream and hot and cold boba teas to order as well. There is seating and a self serve cotton candy machine inside. You could get your ice cream as is or pay a flat rate for anything between 1 and 5 toppings.I got a strawberry rolled ice cream topped with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and strawberry flavored popping boba, pocky, and syrup. Before today, I can admit that I was skeptical about rolled ice cream being any different than your run of the mill grocery store half gallon, but I was SO wrong! It both tasted and felt texturally fresher than soft serve or freezer ice cream, and I could not get enough of the texture of the fresh strawberries chopped into the ice cream base- the ice cream is spread so thin that the mix ins maintain a light and icy melt-in-your-mouth texture.Bring the street food experience inside at 8°, a perfect small business to support. I look forward to going back!

Definitely the worst boba I’ve ever had. Super watery and artificial tasting. Ik options here are limited compared to NYC and other cities, but do better?also customer service is always bad

This place is amazing ! We were here like two-three times a week this whole past summer . The boba tea is great but a fave is the rolled ice cream. It is so unique but also nothing like I’ve ever tasted before. Super creamy and the flavors they offer are delicious. I do prefer just plain vanilla because I can appreciate the creaminess but the blueberry and strawberry are also amazing. Price is high but worth it. They also offer these cakes and drinks that are Thai and are very nice to be able to enjoy something from another culture. The place is clean and love the décor!

Awesome place to visit. Their drinks and Ice Cream are the best. They have seating and they even have a Cotton Candy Machine where you make your own. Great prices and friendly people. Check it out!

My daughter got "dairy free" icecream today. She was very clear about her allergies and was told the icecream was dairy free. She walked outside, took a bite and had an anaphylactic reaction. It's sad that this person was not educated in food allergies especially when a place offers dairy free icecream. We will never eat there again.

I had no idea of what to expect. They call it “rolled ice cream” a Thai invention. They pour out the liquid mix for ice cream on a freezing disk. You can watch it being made- please do, they prepare it like a crepe except it gets frozen on the disk and then rolled by scraping the frozen batter into frozen scrolls. Believe me it’s tasty and entertaining.

Great service. Super yummy ice cream. Not overly sweet which I like. Very clean and a area to sit inside.

Absolutely amazing ice-cream experience! The process of crafting rolled ice-cream is not only delicious but also incredibly entertaining to witness. A definite must-visit for anyone exploring the Poconos! Families, in particular, should make a stop here – it's a delight that both adults and kids will thoroughly enjoy.

I'd never heard of Thai rolled ice cream until I came across this little gem while on vacation in the Poconos. The lychee Thai tea flavor was delicious!
