Had to stop for the chicken pot pie and apple pie after a hike to nearby⁰ Council Rock. Glad we did! Starting with pitcher plants, venus fly traps, and pumpkins outside to a store full local food items like jams, apple cider, and homemade pastries. This place is an eyefull! We enjoyed the chicken pot pie filled w chunks of chicken, veggies, and tasty crust. The apple cider was smooth and not too sweet. Their jams are very good with clever names, like TOE jam or BEAR jam.

Roadside Americana FTW; walking in here was like getting blasted in the face with buttery pastry goodness. The pumpkin pie was great, the apple pie was PHENOMENAL, and the beef shephards pie was savory and wonderful and I wish I lived closer. The 4.95 hot dog and slice of pie special is legit, you gotta check them

We have loved this place for decades. Delicious desserts of all sorts. It's pricey but always worth the price for homemade pies. We purchased a small blueberry pie for $11 and we were disappointed... it wasn't as delicious as I've had in the past. I would go back however.
