It took almost 2 hours to get our food. They forgot about us twice. Unbelievable. But they did give us a free paper bag to bring leftovers home in and took 15% off our meals. They should have been comped. I can't believe the terrible service at this place, and they basically did nothing to make it right. This is the second time we have waited way to long for food. They obviously need a better system. The food is good at least.
I have tried 2 times to visit. They need to update their hours. Two times now no luck. I remember the views being fabulous. Like being in Switzerland!!

Beautiful views no matter where you sit in this establishment. Great food, atmosphere and staff are always there to assist.
Summit house \u0026 staff were excellent, beautiful place for the wedding yesterday or any other event ... beautiful sunset view at the top and the perfect foliage spot
