Cedar Grill in Stroudsburg is a hidden gem. Family-run for over 20 years, everything is homemade and you can taste the difference. Amazing Mediterranean salads, great shawarma, and the home-made almond cookies drenched in powdered sugar are the best! Must try the artichokes and garlic salad. A great discovery in the Poconos!

Small family-owned business. Went out of my way to visit this place. Great service, friendly owner, and delicious food. Authentic mediterranean food. Shoutout to Tony. Highly recommended.

The artichoke salad and baba ganoush and lentil soup were the best I've ever had and I was so happy to meet the grandparents, daughter and grandson who all chipped in. I had a great dinner in a true family atmosphere - it felt like home.
