Chick-fil-A Bartonsville

Idk why there are people standing outside taking orders on a tablet so you can’t see your order on a screen but all it does is allow for errors. I asked for a waffle fry, the girl asked medium? I said yes. Ordered some more stuff as well. Get home TWENTY minutes later cuz I drive that damn far for it, just to see my medium waffle fry is missing and it isn’t even on my order! The same ones she asked me the size of smh. I call and get no answer. Call back and someone picks up the phone and just leaves it off the hook! Absolutely ridiculous, this chick fil a must not be like all the other ones I’ve heard so much about!

I had it today BEYOND UPSET they decided to pack my fry container with the struggle fries ( if you know you know) I had maybe 5 full waffle fries then the fries had the nerve to be HARD inside and out the sandwich was small compared to the past and other locations in pa so I guess it’s just them buying little chickens the sandwich was SOGGY lukewarm if even that and the cheese sauce looks like it sat for a while while it was warmish it was very thick and it’s usually not that thick quality went down it was nasty I guess no more for a while mind you I stopped eating it a few years ago due to quality tried it again over the summer and it was alright so I decided to start getting it again and it’s exactly how I remembered TRASH and the staff is rude now not to mention I got the food pretty quick so HOW AND WHY WAS THE QUALITY POOR

They were more interested in gossiping with each other and drive through orders to take care of already. Rude employees.
