I called to place an order and they answer the phone like they’re at home. They then put me on hold and hang up on me. When I called back, they say 45 minutes to an hour for a chicken cutlet sandwich! They were very rude. No thanksGave them another chance today. Called to place an order and was told I needed to give my credit card number in order to place an order for pick up. This place won’t be in business too much longer. That’s shady!

Pretty decent. $22.60 for a cutlet sandwich and fries, although good portion. That would be Okay if the food was great, but it's just alright. Cutlet somehow managed to be dry while being on a soggy roll. And the fries were unseasoned and also a bit soggy.

I ordered for lunch about a month ago it was a rainy Saturday and I was heading in to work. I ordered what a typical chicken parm sandwich is, it literally tastes like they bought the patties from Walmart slapped some prego and cheese on it and called it a day. I can make the exact same sandwich at home for a fraction of the cost. Wasn't worth it at all. No salt the chicken was bland the sauce was too sweet the cheese wasn't properly melted wouldn't bother ordering again I'll just go to Walmart and buy the jar of sauce the cheese slices rolls and fried and breaded chicken cutlets save time and money

First time here, came in and was treated like family rite away! Jen/Sal was OH SO VERY COOL, buggin' out with us! one of their sons was there except for the (maniac) as her son put it lol. Food was very HOT and Delicious! and they was very attentive ?Thank you for allowing us a picture together! AWESOME! 100% Recommend this place. Start off the young man working the desk, very polite and helpful. So no complaint there. But I order 3 items. 2 hero’s, and the chicken cutlet fries. Total was $49. That’s insane for place that only sells chicken cutlet sandwiches and wraps. The taste of the actual food and portion was good, but no where near worth $49. To finish it off. the fries I ordered were regular, I got sweet potato fries for some reason. And unfortunately that combo for me was unpalatable. For me the price and experience, does not warrant a return.

I read about this place in “Menus Shopping Things To Do”I have a house here, yet also have an apt in NYC. So I know great cuisine.Sounded good so I gave it a try today Sunday Nov. 6, 2023.Atmosphere is nothing special although it seems like they do more business in take out rather than dining in.Ordered the chicken Cesar & parmesan fries. Seemed a bit pricey. However, the portions were quite large so you’re getting your moneys worth.Now to the taste, the chicken Cesar wrap was absolutely delish, the fries a very large portion could have had a bit more flavor as well as more garlic & Parmesan, however it was good as well.Service was quick & the server very cordial.I will definitely return to try some other dishes?Parking: Depends on time of day, however you are bound to find parking close enough.

I moved up here from New York and I couldn’t find a place that made good chicken cutlet sandwiches until now! . Their chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers sandwiches was delicious. Their customer service was great too. I have to say that this is the only place I will go to for a chicken cutlet sandwich!!

One of the worst places I have ever Ate. Chicken cutlet Parmesan fries is not edible at all the sauce is raw and fries are very soggy. Try to avoid this dish.
