Service was little slow but the food was good! I would recommend this place:)

I happened across this restaurant while passing through town. The Pizza Ciro is excellent. The house salad was all fresh field greens, tomatoes, green peppers and baby spinach....no iceberg lettuce. House Italian dressing was fabulous and wait staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely a hidden gem in East Stroudsburg.

In no way is it similar to either maritas or omalley's. I liked the original Ciros, that was my spot all the time!

We visited last night for the first time in a while. The new management is a breath of fresh air. In the past the service and quality had much to be desired. The new chef, Peter, does a fantastic job and we're very excited that the brick oven is back in action. The pizza is superb. They even did a made to order for me with scallops! Chef Peter also gave us some of his freshly made herb bread to take home. It was so good we may stop by just to pick up a loaf or get one to go next time we're there for dinner. Once their POS system is running smoothly they will have a top notch establishment that will enhance the area's wonderful bar & restaurant scene. We're looking forward to coming back soon.

Been disappointing me lately, for instance if you serve food all day until 3am follow that rule, don't stop food at 10pm, stay reliable and i walked in, one time I waited 45mins just to get a menu.

Great dinners Thursdays - Sundays. Also, nice drink specials like $3.50 Guinness 20oz drafts or $1 Bud Lite 12oz drafts. Best pizza and wings in town.
