I happened across this restaurant while passing through town. The Pizza Ciro is excellent. The house salad was all fresh field greens, tomatoes, green peppers and baby spinach....no iceberg lettuce. House Italian dressing was fabulous and wait staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely a hidden gem in East Stroudsburg.
We visited last night for the first time in a while. The new management is a breath of fresh air. In the past the service and quality had much to be desired. The new chef, Peter, does a fantastic job and we're very excited that the brick oven is back in action. The pizza is superb. They even did a made to order for me with scallops! Chef Peter also gave us some of his freshly made herb bread to take home. It was so good we may stop by just to pick up a loaf or get one to...
