My husband and I enjoyed our meal . This was our first visit and we loved the staff. The staff was very kind and we would definitely return in the future.

From upon walking in i was greeted my a friendly person. Another server came up to me to make sure I was being helped. We sat right away on a Sunday for brunch. Food was very tasty. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and French toast. We were a party of 7 and everyone was very happy. Our server was amazing attending to everyone with a smile. The prices were beyond reasonable. If in area again I would return.

Menu prices are not accurate, honest restaurants will actually print new menus or put a sticker over the item that has increased in price. Manager was rude when I asked why each item was 10% more, and he pointed out to the bottom which states prices subject to change. So stop using menus from 1986 and learn to use a laminate machine so that your menus are so faded and warped that the text is not even visible. Food is also so bad here that my dog would not even eat it.

Truly the first time in a long time where I went out for breakfast and wasn't disappointed at all! The pancakes were absolute perfection, the ciabatta roll on my husbands breakfast sandwich was so soft and delicious, and strawberry French toast was so delightful and filling! The bacon and pancakes were truly the star of the show for me! Service was awesome, happy new year we can't wait to pull off here every trip to the poconos!!

Monday to Friday up until 11 a.m. They offer a platter called the “triple play.” Cheap, big enough to split for two kids, but will stuff an adult's belly for sure! Worth it!

This place is amazing. the staff is super friendly and family oriented! unfortunately most people don’t have patience with a under staffed restaurant and decide to take it out on them and be extremely disrespectful, i don’t blame the staff for their response. i’ve been coming here for years and ive never had a bad experience here! love you comptons family!

Nasty staff
The food is good, they may even have better pancakes than Ih*p! Service is quick and staff friendly....prices are super affordable. Only downside is that the temperature inside the dinner is often on the chilly side and I don't like leaving my coat on when eating/dinning.

They charged 2x and said because it's the weekend, which doesn't make sense, then tried to charge Xtra for syrup and tried to justify it by saying it's takeout. These people are crooks

We’ve been here a few times and it’s always been good, but we came in on thanksgiving, this morning, and had the absolute best time. Jackie was our server and she started our morning with the best possible vibes. The food was delicious, perfectly portioned to walk out feeling satisfied but not over stuffed. The prices are very reasonable and they have decaf! A luxury not very diner in town offers. The best part of the meal was the pancakes, golden brown and fluffy, griddled to perfection. As a savory breakfast guy, my favorite was the home fries and if you like spicy, get the hot sauce!! It’s house made and perfectly balanced to add flavor and heat to your potatoes or eggs! Jackie told us that they used to sell it and will be starting a petition to bring that back. Our party also got the eggs bene and the hollandaise was smooth and rich. All in all a wonderful way to start our day, thank you Jackie and Compton!!

Got breakfast off the Senior menu - 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and 3 pieces of bacon - all for $5.99. The food was very good.
Very nasty waitress Paige . Asked if they could bring me more cinnamon due to their food lacking flavor & it was a HUGE deal had to even charge me for a small sprinkle of cinnamon. Not to mention the cinnamon came 10 minutes after receiving my food so by the time I got to eating it was cold.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (for the food)
I recently visited Compton’s Pancake House, and the food was absolutely excellent — definitely five-star quality. Everything was fresh, delicious and perfectly cooked.
However, the service left a bit to be desired. Our server, Amanda, wasn’t very attentive and didn’t seem to listen carefully to our order. Each time she walked away from the table, I wasn’t sure if she understood what we’d asked for. While the food easily deserves top marks, the service experience could use some improvement.
