5 stars all around. Food, cheese enchiladas with red sauce and what I call Mexican cheese and Pollo platter, were excellent. Spicy but not overwhelming heat and then we could taste the other flavors. Coming from the so. Cal region, we miss Mexican food like this. Chips were ok and salsa was good. Guacamole was great keep in mind I dont like onion when I say this but it had a little too much onion for my liking. Refried beans were served in a side dish which isn't a west coast thing but maybe it should be. In addition to the food, our server was friendly, smiled, and was very attentive to our needs. The cook really cared about the presentation too. Pictures are of partcial plates as we started to eat before taking them. We will return if we can fit it into the rest of our trip. Enjoy!Parking: We parked on the metered street. Couldn't find other parking and didn't want to park next door in the KFC parking lot.

The best place to eat Mexican food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere, very good prices, we ate deliciously, we have been to others and the truth is we will always return here because they really are the best in the area. If I could give the place a minus 0 I would. Horrific food. We ordered a beef platter and some carnitas. The rice was cold the steak was tough and the beans were burnt. The pork in the carnitas were pure fat. No pork meat. Just fat!! Don’t order from here. I was craving carnitas and threw it out !

I was driving with my friends on a road trip to go to our other friends joint bachelor(ette) party which was in Pennsylvania. On the drive we had a good time. But one person wanted to talk about a place to eat. This was because he was hungry and didn't each much in the morning. I said okay let's eat when we get closer to our destination (not those words exactly). He found this place Del Tacos and read us reviews from people such as Matt P, Mandy W, Desiree, and Rihanna (elite Yelper 1400+ reviews). When we arrived in town i parked on the street outside the restaurant. I two quarters in the meter. It was our lucky day because the meter still had 14 minutes left. I went inside the restaurant and ordered a steak quesadilla after using the restroom. My friend got chips and guacamole for the table and it was good and a good amount of guacamole in terms of amount. My food was also good and the server was very nice. I recommend this place for both locals and travelers alike. Don't pull the flag out of the guacamole or that's an act of war (just kidding that's an inside joke)
