“The staff are so friendly and nice and my food is always hot when they have what I want. The morning crew handles the everyday morning rush like champions, with great customer service even when they do not have what I order. God job!!!Now, the drive-thru path and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Not having a lot of the items on the menu is UNACCEPTABLE as many times as it has happened!!!Now, back to the parking lot. There was a huge pothole close to the window in the drive-thru for several months. It finally got fixed after many months. Currently, there are potholes at the exit/entrance from the main road that are getting bigger and bigger by the day. It's like driving through a minefield! PLEASE FIX YOUR PARKING LOT AND ORDER ENOUGH FOOD LIKE BACON, SAUSAGE, EGGS!!!!!.“

“The Dunkin Donuts at the Crossings in Tannersville is the dopest. And I mean The Dopest. Here's why.. it all started when I didn't want a grill cheese. I desired something that wasn't on the menu. I thought "why not avocado on my grill cheese". They made it. Few days later, I spiced it with a turkey sausage. They made it. How about some everything seasoning? They made it! Everyone was pleasant about it. In particular Bailey and Miranda. Awesome people who always got it right with great personalities. Dunkin Donuts corporate, yall need to make this custom sandwich a trademark and put me on a commercial.. because that mess was Dunkin slammin' !“
“This location is always good. No matter in store or drive thru, you always have a bit of a wait. Service quality is great! I've never had an issue with accuracy or quality. This area of 31 is always full of traffic which makes me avoid this place sometimes.“

“I’ve gone to this dunkin two days in a row and had the best experience and the best drinks! The man who made the drinks is friendly and personable and made sure to address mine and my sisters modifications. Yesterday I had a medium iced coffee, and they upgraded me to a large because of the wait time and it was SO good! Today I got a raspberry matcha latte, and it was the best matcha i’ve ever had. despite living in east stroudsburg, I’ll definitely be going to this location from now on :)“
