I was at this cafe five days ago and they didn't have any caramel. I was there again today and they still don't have any. I don't know who handles the orders for this cafe, but they're probably the wrong manager.

Horrible location, DO NOT GO HERE.
Staff purposely ignored me twice when saying excuse me sir directly to their face to ask if I was able to purchase coffee using actual money since the “lobby” is a crammed broom closet with a computer strapped to the wall.
Horrible service. I don’t know at what point these people were actually trained if they even were.
SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND JUST GO TO WAWA LIKE I DID.

Ordered in drive thru at 1150am get home at 1215pm and missing a sandwich from the order. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps, two orders of hash browns and a maple bacon sandwich. No one answers the phone and I don't feel like driving all the way back to complain

Not only did they pressure my boyfriend for a tip at the drive thru (which makes no sense for fast food workers to get tipped), they handed us one coffee when we ordered two and told us to have a nice day. If you can’t even manage your drive thru orders, don’t ask for tips. Definitely won’t be coming back.
