Farmhouse Eatery Main Street

I had several experiences at Farmhouse but would never go back. The manager was literally standing there with her drink, talking to someone while food sat in the window (ready to be served) for 5 minutes. Literally right next to her. My soup took an hour to be served. My no bacon requested salad came out with bacon. My drink was made incorrectly and tasted horrible. My waitress ate cheesecake behind the bar while I was waiting for a water refill, and food was sitting waiting to be served to the table next to us - getting cold. Wanting to give another chance I reached out no less than 4 times to plan a private event and they refused to respond or acknowledge my calls, emails, and message requests. Terrible service. They have a great vibe and great menu, but - if you don’t care about the service, the atmosphere won’t save you. I suppose the tourist nature of the Poconos is keeping them busy for now.

What a gem! Cozy, well-decorated, clean restaurant with lots of wonderful menu options in the heart of Stroudsburg, PA. We had an Amazing breakfast 9am'ish on a Sunday (beat the rush... lots of people waiting by the time we left). It was such a cute, modern, unexpected find. Worth stopping by ~ Buon apetito!

If I could give them 100 stars I would. We went on a random Thursday night and was blown away by the service and the food. We started with the deviled eggs, French fries and fried chicken. It was enough food for both of us. We couldn’t even. Get to the entree portion of he menu. So we went back the following Sunday for brunch, and again the service and food was exceptional. I had French toast and it was cooked just the way I like it. We also had a mimosa tower. I will definitely be back soon.

You will not be disappointed!! Been here twice. Once I came for dinner and today we had a nice brunch. Amazing atmosphere, Service and the food is beyond amazing.

When I first noticed this restaurants new location, it was on a Saturday and was quite busy, 45min waiting time. I returned during a weekday around 7pm and no wait time! We started off with our eye catching drink orders: lychee and peach lemonade and appetizers of the fried green tomatoes and cornbread. As for our entrees I opted for the Amish chicken and my mom tried the seafood rice. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. We look forward to returning to try more menu items.

Great atmosphere but snooty female bartender was a turn off. Long wait for service with lots of uncertainty another negative. Won't be rushing to return.

This is a beautiful restaurant. The food and drinks are delicious. We had the fried chicken sandwich and the short rib grilled cheese with fries. Everything tastes fresh and was seasoned perfectly. They also make a fantastic homemade hot sauce. The food is absolutely worth the price.
There are finicky parking meters out front, so bring change.

We decided to stop here for a late lunch. Beautiful day so we were lucky to get one of the 2 outdoor tables. The Cowboy burger was delicious and my wifes BLT thoroughly enjoyable. Our server, Kyla was wonderful.
They make a delicious salad dressing and a great hot sauce. Our 1 complaint- the don't sell either to go. I would have bought 2 of each!
Stop in. You won't be disappointed.

Me and my lady stopped here on the way to our cabin in the Poconos. The food was excellent. The menu had great variety and our server. Fernando was top notch. As for their homemade hot sauce, it was delicious! I wish we had a place like this back in Florida from where we're from.

This place is fantastic! We so enjoyed our meals, the service was exceptional, it supports local PA farmers; and it has a nice ambience as well. Highly recommend!

Ate here for breakfast and it was delicious. Only complaint is that it’s a little pricey, but the food was good quality.
