The atmosphere of this place takes you to another land. Great place to come and hang out with friends and enjoy each other's company. It's hard to eat here as a vegan however they had one dish. It was okay. I wouldn't order it again.

Had lunch there today. Thre was not enough help. I stood for 10 mintuntes before that asked to seat me. The soup lacked flavor, had to ask to salt. It took too long to get so I had to go to the bar. The friend I was with asked to bring water and she only brought water for one. She also asked for bread for our soup, and she only brought bread for one person. We also had an appetizer, spinach dip- it was fair and the chips were stale. I will not be back. I thought I would give it another chance...I guess i was wrong. Don't waste you money.

Went on st pats day ...surprisingly attentive service even with a large crowd. Would love more vegetarian options, but the fries were really good. Very reasonably priced cocktails which is nice to see in an area with drinkflation due to tourism. Will be back

Took a pit stop at this bar during St Patrick’s Day and was disappointed with the service at the bar. Granted it had high foot traffic but I was blandly ignored. Seems the bar catered to mostly regulars or college students (anyone they knew on the first name basis was a priority), I was overlooked countless times by the bartender. At one moment, we finally made direct eye contact and I thought she was asking me what I wanted. Nope, she cut me off while I was requesting a drink and focused on a guy who was directly behind me putting in a new order, no “excuse me” or “Oh sorry, give me one moment, I will get to you”, just nothing. It’s either the bartenders do not know how to handle high traffic, or they are poorly trained. I gave this place 3 stars only because the waitress saved the day, got drinks for my group, and even decided to put in an order for appetizers because she was very nice and attentive. Customers are better off getting a table on busy days. Other than that, the music and food were good.

On a recommendation from the postal clerk, we decided on a whim to park and walk up to Main Street and discover this awesome Irish pub. The rockstar bartender, Jason, was engaging, personable and helpful with differentiating the menu items. A special shout out to the kitchen staff who did a fine job preparing and presenting our food. Loved it all! 😋 An APP starter of the shore croquette: a shrimp, real crab and salmon patty was phenomenal. ($14) I ordered the short rib platter ($19) which was well presented and so delicious. My hubs ordered the bowl of Salmon/gnocchi soup ($6) and the Rueben, steak fries ($13). The sandwich was hearty and satisfying. We enjoyed our dining experience. ☘️ Stylish interior · Friendly bartenders · Great value · Great food · Free Wi-Fi

Food was undercooked, then over cooked. Then when you say something about it they act like costumer is wrong. Very rude!!

Order wings and they came out a soup of oil, returned them when the owners where there and got the same exact thing back with a shrug.Absolutely destroyed my stomach and health for a few weeks after eating them. Owner banned me instead of addressing the issue.Never plan to go back after this service anyway.

We both had a burger. I had the cowboy burger and my husband had the classic burger with an upgraded side of onion rings. We both enjoyed our burgers. We both ordered them medium and they came out well but they were still good. I had a sangria definitely not good but that's ok. We would come back again. Service was ok. Not fast but not super slow. It was a nice quiet atmosphere.

During a recent business trip to Stroudsburg, PA, my best friend and I decided to dine at Finola's, intrigued by its recent opening and eager to support a new establishment. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by friendly staff, and our waitress proved to be knowledgeable about the menu, assisting us in making our selections. The atmosphere at Finola's gave off a vibe reminiscent of a college pub, with its black decor aimed at concealing imperfections. We kicked off our meal with the Irish Nachos, which were delicious and served generously. For my main course, I opted for the Fish n Chips, a staple dish at any Irish restaurant. While the presentation of the dish was average, the portion size of the breaded fish was notably large, and the chips were indeed tasty. Both items were cooked to perfection, and their flavors were on point. Reflecting on our dining experience, I find myself on the fence about returning to Finola's. While the food was decent and the service commendable, there wasn't a compelling aspect that would draw me back for another visit. Nonetheless, I'm glad we gave Finola's a try and appreciate the effort put forth by the staff.

What an amazing pub in the heart of Main Street! Dez, the owner, and his daughter made certain that our evening would be one to remember. They are wonderful people and they run a tight ship. The pub is extra clean, beautifully decorated and a joy to have a meal in. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I moved to the area a few years ago and have been trying to check out every restaurant downtown. Tonight, we decided to check out Finloa's and specifically chose it over the other Irsih Pub across the street because it looked nicer from the outside. Our waitress was fabulous! She promptly brought us some water and took extra time to answer questions about the menu. We ordered our regular drinks: one old-fashioned and one vodka martini with a twist of lemon...neither of these drinks is very complicated to make, so we were surprised when we took our first sip...both drinks were atrocious. They both tasted like they had been sitting alone for hours as the ice melted into the drink, leaving nothing but a watered-down version of what the drink once was. I am a former bartender, and the only thing I could come up with is that maybe the bartender didn't strain the drinks over fresh ice after shaking them...they may have just dumped the whole thing into the glass...bleh! This was the first time EVER that I decided to just leave a restaurant instead of returning the drinks because they were so bad; I had zero faith that the bartender could do anything better. We promptly paid our tab and left without having more than the first sip. Perhaps the bartender just needed some additional training...hopefully management does some QA every now and again. I can't speak for the food because we didn't stay long enough to eat.The service was great, but the drinks were horrendous!
