Wow, for a moment there, I felt like I was dining at Ruth's Chris in Weehawken, NJ. Without a doubt, Garlic Stakehouse in the Poconos, PA, surpasses all others. NIck, our server, was incredibly professional, and the food was outstanding, a solid 10 out of 10. I savored the classic bourbon peach cobbler drink and indulged in the signature spicy Honey Salmon – the crispy skin was absolutely delectable. I'll definitely be returning here soon.
The steak and special old fashioned made for a great combo.

Even calling ahead of time, The host via phone was great. When I arrived the two women hosts were truly friendly and approachable.THE FOOD was sensational! 5 stars all the way.The Eggplant Stack never disappoints. The crab cake is top tier.Give Garlic a try. You'll be happy you did!

The service was phenomenal and the food came quickly. We come here often and for the first time the food was a bit off. My filet was a bit salty and the Mac and cheese was soupy, instead of creamy.

My husband and I dined at Garlic while on vacation and I’m so glad we happened upon this place! The atmosphere was intimate and relaxing, our server was very sweet and accommodating, and the food was excellent. I got a lemon drop martini which was made perfectly, the ribeye was flavorful and soft with creamy mashed potatoes, the fiesta scallops were a new menu option and were delicious. I also started with the arugula ricotta salad which was one of the most unique and delicious salads I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend this place!

During our previous visit, everything exceeded our expectations, but on this occasion, there were a couple of hiccups. Let me start with the highlight of the evening: the hummus with olive tapenade and warm grilled pita bread was absolutely divine, and we savored every bite. However, we encountered two minor setbacks. I ordered a 16 oz NY strip cooked to medium well, while my partner opted for an 8 oz filet cooked medium rare. Unfortunately, it seems there was a mix-up in the kitchen, resulting in my partner's steak being cooked rare and mine being cooked medium well, which wasn't to our liking. Although my partner's steak was promptly recooked and taken off the bill, my steak was a tad bit overcooked for my liking. Nonetheless, the gesture of offering the recooked steak in a to-go box was appreciated, although we declined as we had other plans after dinner. Despite this hiccup, the flavors were still exceptional, and we're definitely looking forward to returning.

Very nice aesthetic. Staff was friendly all around, we were greeted by everyone we saw. Our server was great and efficient. We had the garlic Caesar salad and the eggplant stack appetizer which both were delicious. Entrees were the lobster ravs and shrimp tortellini which again tasted amazing. The portion of the lobster ravs were a little small for the price. We each had a specialty martini which we enjoyed. Overall really enjoyed, a little pricey but the taste and ambience are worth it.
Absolutely amazing service with food beyond expectations! Nice upscale casual atmosphere. Highly recommended and we will be visiting again!
