⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We stopped by the KFC in Stroudsburg for a quick work lunch between appointments, and WOW — what an awesome experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a big smile and a warm, welcoming attitude from the staff. That kind of positive energy really sets the tone!
The food—-Absolutely amazing. Everything was freshly made, hot, and packed with flavor — you can really taste the difference when it’s made with care. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the sides were perfect, and even the biscuits were spot on.
Highly recommend this location not just for the great food, but also for the incredible team. They’re friendly, attentive, and really make you feel like family — whether you’re there for a quick solo meal, a family outing, or a business lunch like we were.
This is how fast food should be done! Keep up the great work, Stroudsburg KFC! We’ll definitely be back!

Took 30 minutes to get my food, when we got home realized they didn’t give us all our food. They had plenty of time to make sure it was there
Always had good experiences until now. We ordered about 20 minutes ago, arrived to pick it up, the doors were locked and several people were waiting outside. We could see multiple employees inside behind the counter. Our mobile said it was ready for pickup and I could see mobile order bags on the counter. I called the store number and watched an employee answer inside. She says they closed just now, I asked about our food that was ready for pickup and asked about the specific bags on the counter, she said those were there since the morning and that I'd need to call corporate for a refund. Another 15 minutes on the phone later and I we will probably be getting our money in a few days. Our evening meal plans are not only disrupted but now we have wasted about 45 minutes on this. No accountability from the local store, very disappointing. It'll be a whole before we give them another try.
This is the only KFC I've been to where you can order at the register and get your food fairly quickly. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious.
