Always had good experiences until now. We ordered about 20 minutes ago, arrived to pick it up, the doors were locked and several people were waiting outside. We could see multiple employees inside behind the counter. Our mobile said it was ready for pickup and I could see mobile order bags on the counter. I called the store number and watched an employee answer inside. She says they closed just now, I asked about our food that was ready for pickup and asked about the specific bags on the counter, she said those were there since the morning and that I'd need to call corporate for a refund. Another 15 minutes on the phone later and I we will probably be getting our money in a few days. Our evening meal plans are not only disrupted but now we have wasted about 45 minutes on this. No accountability from the local store, very disappointing. It'll be a whole before we give them another try.
This is the only KFC I've been to where you can order at the register and get your food fairly quickly. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious.
Always a busy place but worth the wait. Asia helped me and was so friendly and helpful.

It's an okay KFC but the parking lot is very small and the streets directly around the building are very busy at times which makes it difficult getting out of the lot.

Great place. If you get the buckets you MAY be shorted a piece . Happened again yesterday. Ordered the 8pc got 7 instead… not a big deal but not the first time that happened either.

Ordered online via the KFC app 45 minutes in advance. When we arrived our food was still not ready. 10 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready they handed us a bag. The bag only had fries and biscuits in it. We ordered a bucket of chicken. So we had to continue waiting. A half hour after our order was supposed to be ready we finally got our food, over an hour since ordering on the app. What is the advantage of ordering online if the food isn't ready when you get there? Worse still, people who came in after us and ordered food, got their food before us.

One star is too good for this review if I could leave zero stars I would Ordered new saucy nugget meals and a 3 piece meal my nuggets were decent sizes my fiancés were the size of popcorn chicken you would get in the popcorn chicken bowl but smaller when I called the store back to mention it to them a woman on the phone who didn’t even give her name when my fiance called said we don’t control what sizes comes in the bag. So I called back I understand things happen sometimes I work in fast food myself and was always told the customer comes first and always would do anything I could to make the customer happy. This location needs to retrain in customer service or else they are going to lose more customers I will not be returning to this location and will happily drive the 30 minutes 1 way to the mount pocono location where customer service is phenomenal. Had to call corporate asked the woman when I called for there number was even given an attitude when I asked for corporates number idk if this was the same young lady who was running the counter when we ordered or not but whoever is in the back of the kitchen needs to inspect it before it’s tossed in the sauce and think to themselves would I want this or would I complain too

This is the third time that I got chicken tenders and they were not fully cooked. I haven’t had a problem with the original receive chicken but this restaurant is not consistent with making sure the chicken tenders are cooked thoroughly.
