This little café is such a vibe. Ive been there for dinner and brunch. My last visit was on a Sunday, he opens at 12pm. I had the koby burgers. They are soo damn good. It's a burger on pita bread, it's got the koby sauce which is a bit spicy but not the type that'll have you reaching for a glass of milk. I also had the hummus which was equally delicious and full of flavor. A bit on the pricy side but its definitely something I would recommend you give a try. I did not take pictures of the burgers cause I was very hungry!

Best Israeli food I've ever eaten! Everything was a 10/10 from the ambiance, to the service, to the food. All of it was OUTSTANDING, incredibly high quality, and well-flavored. Would highly recommend!

This place offered up such a nice experience with a unique menu of amazing foods. Our experience couldn't have been more perfect as it was such a chill way to dine outside. I chose this place as a surprise for my wife on our Pocono getaway because of the menu options that she would enjoy but I fell in love with the cuisine as well! The food was cooked and seasoned to perfection. I had the Koby Shack Burger which was unlike any other burger, and so filling! My wife had the salmon and enjoyed every bite. Koby and his staff were all friendly and attentive and I want to give a shout out to the owner's son who was a very polite and professional young gentleman. We both hope to go back whenever we go back to the area.

I have eaten here twice and both times everything was outstanding. I had hummus and labne with pita and the salmon. The staff are very friendly. They do have odd hours so be sure to make reservations or to go orders early. Check their website for hours.

very very expensive, they carefully deceive in the price for 4 people it came out to $300, we ate a meat plate that costs $40 on the menu for $134, so the prices that are written on the menu are a scam, the check will cost a lot of money, $300 were for pita bread, hummus salad and meat, a plate that instead of $40 cost $134, I will never go to this place again, complete deception, no words!!!!! It is not worth what we sang, definitely $300, I am in shock!!!!
this plate cost $134 out of $300 and the pita and salad cost the remaining $200

I came here with my cousin and her kids. The environment was beautiful. The food truly tasted amazing and I am happy that an Israeli restaurant has opened here in the Poconos and the diversity is growing. ?

Yo what the?! This restaurant should be in magazines and hidden gems lists and etc. We've been on the road for two weeks now and it was the best meal... No, food experience so far. The moment we parked, we were greeted and brought to our table along the creek.

The settings can't exude any more zen vibes than this... A nice cool day, autumn colors to greet your eyes, the soothing sounds of the creek, smoke from the burning sage... This tranquil spot is surrounded by highways and roads - a total oasis.

Our host was super nice. The chef is laid back on the grill. Then came the food. Exquisite. Everything was perfectly seasoned with fresh ingredients. The food prep was very simple but articulate and intentional.

We had tapas for 1 (definitely get the tapas), the grilled chicken pargiot (the best juiciest chicken), the chicken pita, the mocktail of the day, herbal tea (fresh mint leaves with honey), and topped it off with the baklava.

Simply divine.
