This was an incredible meal. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. Staff was attentive friendly and seemed genuinely happy. Ingredients were as fresh as can be, pita and hummus were outstanding, and Israeli tea was lovely.Go try it for yourself cannot wait to come back and enjoy the outdoor dining when it warms up.

Found this gem with my beloved Gf after hiking. Absolutely loved the food, remarkably delicious. Everything tasted great. The wait for our food was short. Very aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere was incredible. To top it off the service was 10/10. Totally recommend.

Visited this amazing spot recently, and the food was exceptional - highly recommend trying the sampler! The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the pita was generously filled. The vegetables also caught my interest. My wife and I had a great experience dining there.

This place is a real find! The food is amazing and the staff was beyond helpful. We have diven by this place many times and are so glad we stopped in. We had the Tapas appetizer -- amazing. Hummus and salads that were beyond anything we had tried before. Then we had the mixed grill which was a delicious mix of meats over lettuce with a delicious sauce. And of course Baklava for dessert. Far exceeded our expectations. We will be back!

Second time here, have been thinking about it since the first time, but the hours never worked for me. Everyone agreed the humus was some of the best. Everything is fresh. The Israeli tea is so good! Everyone is so friendly, the seating is cosy but nice even on a cold day. Can’t wait to go back!
Tried Koby’s tonight and our family loved it. They had just closed but they offered without any hesitation to seat us right away. The tapas platter with hummus and Israeli salad and was delicious. We loved trying the Matbukha (roasted pepper and tomato salad). We couldn’t decide on the flank or ribeye pita so Koby made us a combo that was super tasty. He even customized each sandwich to our kids tastes (hot sauce for my teenager, pickles for my daughter). Service and ambience were great and it’s super clean. Can’t wait to go back again. So happy we have this gem in the Poconos.
