Food was very good , good place , parking, price $$ , I will recommend it and I will stop again. I only tried two different dishes, but they were both good. Will definitely recommend it.
Just had lunch at this restaurant for the first time and the food was delicious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it.

I went with my family to this place and we were greeted by a very kind and very attentive lady. My wife and I ordered tripe with white rice and avocado and it was delicious. The girl ordered chicken chicharrón with rice and when she tried it she told me that chicken became her favorite at that moment. They have empanadas, yucca buns, and many more things.

I’m new to Pennsylvania, always lives my whole life in Jersey so you get use to places this authentic. Moving to Pennsylvania you realize there aren’t many places like this at all or if you find one similar, the food is fake. This place was amazing!!! Pure culture, great service and they make their own desserts they’re not like other places who buy pre-packaged from third parties. Wish it were closer to me but def worth going to! Will be back soon!!!! Thank you for the great experience and amazing food!

Huge thank you to La Cocina Dominicana for catering our work party extremely last minute. I needed a dozen empanadas (chicken and beef), arroz con gandules, baked chicken, pernil and maduros and everything was so delicious and reasonably priced. They weren’t my first option when I thought of getting Spanish food catered just based on where the job is and we had a closer option that we tend to go to quite a bit. But they will never be a 2nd option for us again. Thank you again so much!!!
Qué delicioso!!! Food was very good. We were here for the weekend and was looking for Spanish food. Authentic too! And we found it. Place is nice and cozy. Not too big, but call ahead if you have a big party. It was a birthday and they sung happy birthday! I felt like I was in DR tonight. Love it!
Gracias por su hospitalidad❤️

This place is amazing! There are very few restaurants where you will go to eat and feel like you are eating a fresh home cooked meal. The food is just made with love and the people who provide service are just as great. They make you feel right at home.

If I had to share my experience with Cocina Dominicana, I would have to say it was quite disappointing. Despite the hype I received surrounding this establishment, my encounter left much to be desired.
My order was for a classic Cuban sandwich but what I received was far from it. It really detracted from the overall eating experience.
Although the bread was pressed and toasty, the fillings were lackluster. It lacked roast pork (pernil) and instead was filled with fat and pork skin. Definitely not what you would expect from a traditional Cuban sandwich. The ham was thinly sliced and didn’t add much to the sandwich, while the cheese wasn’t Swiss but something I couldn’t make out, making it feel more like an afterthought than a key ingredient.
As for the pickles and mustard, they were sparse and didn’t provide the tangy kick that is essential for balancing the richness of the meats. Overall, the sandwich was a disappointment.
I may, however, opt for another dish to give this place a second try. While my sandwich wasn’t the best, the staff and cleanliness of this restaurant was outstanding.
