This place needs a good once over by McDonalds corporate to get them into a standard of operation that is acceptable for the brand. As it currently stands, the lack of attention to detail, extreme rudeness, and consistent mistakes with orders puts this location near the bottom of the list for food establishments in the greater Stroud area, in my opinion.

Big Mac had extra lettuce and no Mac sauce when I asked for no lettuce and extra Mac sauce the workers looked annoyed to be there are we very disrespectful

Brought Shamrock Shakes through the mobile app. I went through the drive through, and they said they couldn't serve Shamrock Shakes, only regular flavors. Went I said they charged more for the Shamrock shakes I already paid for, they said they could not offer a price difference and to contact their customer service the next day. I contacted customer service and they passed it to the actual store and it's been a week with no follow up from them.
I got charged $2 for 2 extra sauces. Even told the second window.I got extra sauces and got told it was in the box.

Paid for the mc meal for the toy and didn’t get the right toy. I got the happy meal toy and not the collectible and I paid more for this purpose. Sad to see.

We've only been here twice in the past 4 weeks (passing through and needed a quick bite) ha. Not quick at all. Not friendly. Never going back to this location.
