Great baked goods! Prices are (reasonably) high but as with most vegan goods and small businesses, the more you support the more they can streamline and lower prices in the future :) They are beyond friendly and work to make their food available through farmers markets, pop-ups, and pickups.

The nicest owner(s) and their pastries are delicious! If you ask, they will explain to you exactly what products they use - many are made in-house - and how they are made. Will definitely buy more from them next time we are in the area.

I alway got them up first if they’re at an event I go to because they sell out fast!

Enjoying some delicious items for the first time today. A great find at a local vintage/holiday shop in Lancaster and will certainly be making the trip to Stroudsburg for pick-ups! Already tasted the pumpkin cinnamon roll and cider donut and looking forward to tasting the rest of my haul!! Yay vegan!!!

Nishi's croissants are some of the best we've ever had! We bought the regular, chocolate, cinnamon and "everything bagel" seasoned croissants - All AMAZING and all vegan! There were even more options to choose from, including vegan muffins & vegan cupakes. I wish i could try them all! While there isn't a true storefront (google maps looks a little misleading), we were able to contact Nishi directly outside of the google maps location, via phone, who happily met us to take our order. She's available at farmers markets and can also take orders in advanced. As someone with a severe dairy allergy, Nishi's Vegan Creations was a nice surprise, hidden gem to find on our road trip. We hope that they're able to open a storefront soon - the vibes are all there for an amazing local spot!

I really liked the cinnamon roll crossiant. Nishi was at the Allentown vegan festival at Cedar Beach Park.

We caught up with Nishi’s Vegan Creations at the Monroe Farmers Market in Stroudsburg where they have a stand every Saturday morning. We took home a combination of various croissants both savory and sweet and we’re gleefully tasting our way through them. So far, they are all excellent! We got to speak with the chef/owner. She talked about how she endeavored to make a cruelty free pastry as good as it’s namesake. I tell you that she has nailed it! We’ll be back soon to try her cookies and muffins.

We stopped by this Farmers’ market stand and got a variety of savory and sweet croissants. Preparing for an annual October festival party. We heated two up at home (sausage and garlic) and they were fluffy and delicious. I like it that there are savory and sweet options. Taste best when warmed up.
